Dr. Casey Lau, DDS

Our family has been patients of Dr. Casey for years! We love the care that Dr. Casey and staff give to each of us, whether it be from dental cleanings, dental work, wisdom teeth extraction, or orthodontics. Dr. Casey is trustworthy and only does work that is necessary. He is great with all ages of our family, which ranges from young children to adults. He continues to learn and keep up to date with treatment plans. Dr. Casey loves what he does!

Dr Casey is amazing. I have been seeing him for years and he’s done fillings and Invisalign on me. He’s super gentle (I don’t feel his shots AT ALL) and explains everything and answers all my questions (I’m very scared of dental work). He even calls me after procedures to check in on me! So special. No doctor has ever done that, ever. Highly recommend!

This review is for Dr. Casey Lau - who practices and is one of the two brothers who own Mid Valley Dental. I have been going to Dr. Casey for over 15 years now. I initially went to him after my dentist at the time said I needed an implant, but was not able to do the procedure. I have several friends who went to Dr. Casey, so I decided to take a visit and see what he had to say. From the get-go, he was straightforward with his diagnosis, and provided several options (including pros/cons, short- and long-term concerns, etc.). I felt very comfortable and decided to have him do the procedure. All went well, and I knew I had a new dentist. Fast forward to now, he's done all kinds of work on my teeth - filling cavities, new crowns, crown replacement, Invisalign, teeth whitening, and even a root canal. I know he and his brother are always at the forefront of technology - always looking to learn and adapt to new tools and procedures. Their office has been renovated and is very comfortable and welcoming, and I've been there so much that many on the staff recognize me and know me by name. I have moved a bit further away from Dr. Casey's office, but I continue to choose him as my dental care provider. He has a very easygoing demeanor, and is patient with questions and concerns (about treatment as well as payment/insurance issues). I used to hate going to the dentist (ironically, my mom was a dentist), with my sensitive teeth and awful experience with my first root canal slotting me right into the 'dental chicken' category, but Dr. Casey has relieved me of all of that anxiety.

Dr. Casey Lau has been my dentist for 15+ years. I have always received the best care for my teeth from him and his staff. I recently found out that his office is the Official Dental Practice of CSUN Athletics. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist.

At first I thought Dr Casey Lau was an amazing dentist and sold me on implants saying they were the best way to go... last year I went back because I was concerned about the work I had spent $$$$$$ they took x-rays and said all my implants look great but my teeth failed so I accepted that. today another implant fell out that's two in less than 12 years so I must be that little percentage that have failing implants but to have two and 12 years that's like $8,000 plus gone and not a functional mouth to eat with I am now literally on soft foods and liquids only ... no joy in eating and the constant anxiety in my life I trusted Dr Lau I believed in him I lost faith in him at this point I'm going to have to make a trip two states away to have this corrected by Dr. Lau, which they said they would give me credit for the first one I hope they step up and give me credit for the second one too or fix it. Very upsetting.

I have been going to Dr Lau as my dentist for over 10 years and couldn't be happier with the service and treatment I have received from him and his staff!
