Terry, my dental hygienist, is amazing. We’ve been coming here for several years and consistently have a great experience. Not only do they keep my teeth looking great, but they don’t push unnecessary treatments or suddenly "find" expensive issues, which is exactly why I left my previous dentist. I rarely need additional work when I come in, and that honesty and consistency means a lot. Highly recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and billing practices at this office. My wife, who is 7 months pregnant, had to miss an appointment due to her work schedule. When she called to reschedule after the fact, she apologized and the lady explicitly told her over the phone that she would NOT be charged the $75 no-show fee if she rescheduled right there over the phone. She rescheduled, but saw that we were still charged the $75 fee. When she called back to question it and explain the earlier assurance, the receptionist said there was nothing she could do and refused to remove the charge. My wife then asked to cancel our upcoming appointments and stated we would be finding a new dentist. At that point, the receptionist became defensive and started bringing up unrelated past instances of my wife being a few minutes late to a previous appointment (which she made sure to call the office and keep them updated on her arrival time which they again reassured her that it was alright), trying to justify the fee and make her feel bad. This lack of empathy - especially toward a far along pregnant patient - and the bait-and-switch on the no-show fee promise is unacceptable. It seems like this office is more interested in collecting fees than honoring what their own staff says and keeping patients. We wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone expecting fair and compassionate service.

I was leaving for Christmas vacation and had a dental emergency and Dr. DeSai and her awesome staff got me right in and installed a temporary crown. Came back from my trip and permanent crown was installed easy pezy! Highly recommend this group! They even followed up while I was skiing in New Mexico!

I had such a great experience here! I had a lot of work done and was there from about 7:30 until 2, and everyone was amazing the whole time. They made me feel completely comfortable, and the whole vibe of the office was really calming, which means a lot since I have really bad anxiety about dental visits. I’ll admit, I can be a bit dramatic when it comes to dental work, but they were so kind and patient with me the whole time. They never made me feel bad for needing a break or getting anxious. Everyone was just super understanding and supportive. The receptionist was also wonderful. She took the time to explain the cost breakdown to my husband over the phone and handled it so professionally, even though he was a bit frustrated that our insurance didn’t cover as much as expected. Overall, I’m really grateful for how caring, patient, and professional everyone was. I definitely recommend this office!

I love my dentist so much. The office is clean and everyone is so friendly. Christine helped me out last time I was there and was amazing. I can’t recommend them enough.

Terry, my hygienist, and all the staff at NRH Dentistry are great. They listen to my concerns and recommend solutions. They are friendly and make going to the dentist a positive experience.

I broke my tooth back in December and tried to find a dental office that would work in seeing me quickly. I honestly wasn’t going to write a review until I received my bill from the insurance and it’s ridiculous that I was charged for 2 dates of service when I only went 1 day. I chose to not to have them work on my tooth due to the fact I was told "wow, you have amazing insurance and you don’t have a maxed deductible. We can just charge you for a big limit." Then while looking at my tooth they told me I would need 10 treatments to fix my mouth which I understand my teeth are not the best but I know that and honestly I was there for 1 tooth problem to see how my experience would be so I could return. The best thing of all to "fix" mind you she said try not feel confident it would work would cost me almost $700 with my insurance and to pull my tooth was going to almost cost $600 to pull. So after I left, I reached out to a couple more dentist office and found out through my insurance, not adding extra codes that this place was adding I almost have to play slim to nothing to get my tooth pulled out. Would definitely not be returning after multiple people recommended this place.
