Hygienist. Yaritza R. She is one the best representative of the high quality and professionalism of the SDC team. She is clear and focus on the patient being serve. In addition to her duties as CRDH, simultaneously she presents to the patient the final statement of payment plan once the office get it ready. However, she is clear on her professional priorities: First finish the hygienist job, verify patient is satisfied then, proceeds to the payment plan proposal. She doesn’t allow request from other dental assistants to jump over the priorities. She also with her knowledge and tools ( screen images) takes the time to explained to the patient any questions who was not clearly explain by the Dentist and assistants on the first round of evaluations. One star away from 5; due to the expediency and know how of the Dentist and assistants. They talk within each other, and move on, without asking the patient about: 1. Do you understand what we talked about it ? 2. Do you have any questions ? All of the above at the initial evaluation. During the final procedure , a completely different approach. Both Dentist and assistant clearly describe the steps to be taken, confirm understanding, and deliver an amazing job.

I had my routine teeth cleaning done yesterday at Sumter Dental Care by Eunice, and as always, it was an excellent experience. Eunice has been our dental hygienist for over seven years, and we truly could not ask for better care. She takes care of all of our girls as well as me and my wife, and she is consistently thorough, attentive, and professional. Her attention to detail, integrity, and genuine kindness really stand out. She always makes you feel comfortable and cared for, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. Sumter Dental Care is fortunate to have someone like Eunice on their team. Highly recommend.

Had our first visit today with Dr Devlin & his hygienist! They both were awesome as well as the office staff! So helpful with getting my insurance straight! No discomfort at all! I received dental services from this facility some years ago and i recall that the services were a little above average. However, my recent experience at their newest office has propelled me to sincerely compliment their vastly improved attention to important aspects of dental care. All their office staff were courteous, caring and attentive. I felt unrushed and comfortable. in their treatment room furnished with state of the art equipment. Can't wait for my next appointment to see if Sumpter Dental will remain consistent.

Everyone I came in contact with was excellent. They were very nice very warm very helpful. Starting with the office girls and everybody else I meant in between. The doctor was unbelievably professional she explained everything and gave me options. I will be getting a lot of work done there in the future I will getting new teeth and a good smile thank you all

Dr. Becker has done all my work the last half decade or so and does an absolute phenomenal and professional job. Thank you so much for your great work and diligence. Also thank you all to the sumpter team I really appreciate you !!

I have always loved the care that I received at this dental location. Dr Becker has always been above and beyond. This visit they called to see if I could change my appointment but never informed me that Dr Becker would not be there the day I switched to. I saw 2 different hygienist and they seemed very understaffed. I was in the office 1 hr and 20 min for a cleaning . They said they were 2 hygienist short. Just wish they would have informed me that if I switched I would not be seeing my dentist and why switch if you are already not staffed properly.
