Monarch Dental - North Little Rock, AR

I recently moved from another state and this is my first visit to this dental clinic. Making an appointment was effortless, and the receptionist was very friendly. During my appointment today, both the x-ray technician and the doctor provided clear explanations. The facility is clean and hygienic, and there is plenty of parking available.

I have been a patient at the Little Rock. Monarch Dental Office since early 1990’s. They have always been professional and do a great job with my teeth. Occasionally have to visit the North Little Rock office because of scheduling and they also do a great job.

I was very disappointed with this dentist. Their website says they provide all services, but no treatment was actually done-they only referred us elsewhere. At the new place, we would have to pay another exam fee. We still couldn't get a clear treatment plan, and I am still in an urgent situation. I regret going there and feel that I paid for nothing. I was not satisfied and will never go back.Because of this misleading situation, I am requesting a refund. I paid for a visit where no treatment was provided, and now I have to go to another office. The place I was referred to is not even one you work with, so I was told I would need another exam and to repeat the same process again.

Every staff member greets us with smile and treat us positively. They are also very helpful when conflicts happen during scheduling. Monarch is our family dentist and all of us are very happy with their service both with regular dentistry as well as orthodontic dentistry for my daughter. Thank you!

Very bad place to go. I called and setup an appointment to get 2 teeth removed and once I got there not to mention I had to drive hour and half to get there and they did a x-ray and seen how bad my teeth wore and how much pain I was in and they was supose to remove them but sent me home without helping me with my pain or removing my teeth like they’re supposed to do. They wasted my time and money for literally no reason

As Much as I hate going to the dentist…. I was delightfully surprised at the environment that the staff created… I was treated so well that I forgot about my fears of procedures and quickly was put at ease… I found the staff and Dentist to be very understanding…very professional and easy to communicate with…I am so looking forward to seeing them again in a few days…I would recommend them to all my friends and family….and for me that says a lot….It was a welcomed feeling… to really know that I was being taken care of by a very attentive…delightful an fun staff…now that…helped tremendously to calm my fears… It also helps to have a positive attitude as well…many people who work in dental are exposed to a lot of us with these fears…but I feel that they understand… just be a nice human and maybe the rest will follow

I had a great experience with my initial consultation, the staff were amazing with explaining everything about upcoming procedures and helped calm my dental phobia. I very much look forward to a great smile.
