It is of paramount importance to conduct thorough research and due diligence before selecting a dental care provider. Experience in dental practice is crucial, not only for the sake of professionalism but also to ensure the safety and proper care of patients. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Sakhonchyk was one that lacked empathy, sincerity, professionalism and the standard of care I believe is integral to our medical community. This letter is not just a caution, but also a call to action. If you or someone you know has had experiences with this practice, I encourage you to come forward and share your story. It is only through our collective voice that we can ensure the well-being of our community members and hold healthcare providers accountable. For those who have no other choice but to seek emergency dental care at this establishment, I advise you to see Martha, an associate whom I consider to be an exception. Nevertheless, protect yourself by keeping detailed records of all interactions, advice, and treatments you receive. Moreover, I must disclose an unsettling matter involving financial discrepancies. This establishment owes me a sum of $1660, which was supposed to be a hassle-free process but has turned into a battle for what is rightfully mine. They are now demanding my signature, which would prevent me from any future claims, in exchange for the remaining owed amount. I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale and perhaps prevents any of you from enduring what I have gone through. We must all take steps to protect our health, our rights, and our smiles.
