Dr. Shin and his staff are very nice, they greet you with a big smile and make you feel welcomed each and every time. All the staff in the office is very polite and caring including the dental lab staff. Dr. Shin treated my daughter and had a crown done with him. He went above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable during the procedure, was very meticulous and thorough. He did an excellent job with the temporary crown, my daughter was very happy and the final crown was perfect. I would highly recommend Dr. Shin and his office as they are very caring and believe in delivering exceptional results. Thank you

From the calm, welcoming front desk to Dr. Shin’s precise, careful work, everything about the experience felt thoughtful and low-stress. He did both veneers and implants for me, and the results speak for themselves. I’m smiling more and feeling much more confident. The process was smooth from start to finish. His attention to detail is seriously impressive. Even the billing was easy and transparent, which is rare in healthcare. I also noticed the office manager step in to assist when the dental assistant had to briefly step out—super professional, and the chemistry between her and Dr. Shin was effortless.
