My mom came in for a root canal with Dr. Rahim, and we had a truly positive experience. He is an outstanding doctor who treated her with genuine compassion, patience, and respect. Dr. Rahim went out of his way to make sure she was comfortable and fully supported every step of the way. His enthusiasm, kindness, and willingness to help in every way possible truly show how deeply he cares about both his patients and his profession. Even when a minor issue arose during the procedure, he handled it promptly and remained extremely responsive, attentive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. We would also like to sincerely thank the dental assistants who stayed to help and provided such great support. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication did not go unnoticed and made a big difference in our experience. Thank you all for the excellent care. Thank you, Dr. Rahim for taking care of my mom.

I am sure everyone dreads going to the dentist. I know I did until I started going to Dr. Samer. He makes a person feel at ease from the minute you go in alongside his assistant Dania .they do great work together. I just had to let them know that I appreciate the great job they did on my teeth. I was really disappointed with my second appointment. I was made to wait 2 hours, even though I had an appointment. The purpose of this visit was just a follow-up to check on the work done the first time, which makes the excessive wait even more frustrating. It seems they prioritize first-time patients.

Made an appointment with my boyfriend and sister when I actually showed up they told me they only do cleanings on certain days and that day was not one of them and they would not be able to attend us … something they should’ve told us when we originally made the appointment. Regardless we rescheduled our appointment only to have to wait for 3.5 hours after our scheduled time for them to see us because there was only one hygienist. What’s the point of an appointment if you have to wait 3.5 hours?

I had a bad experience years ago taking my mother to this place. After 2 hours waiting they accepted my mother in and sent us for an X-ray… That’s located on a hallway where people goes back and forth… I said nothing waiting an other half an hour and nobody looked at us… They have no rules… no regulations. Patient’s time for them it doesn’t matter. They are just known as not so expensive… And they fill up the room over the possibility of sitting down. Any way I tried them again today. I took my sister with an appointment at 2:00PM BY 3:00 after all the walk in and asked if they pay cash they were going in before us… I dare to ask the receptionist how long it will take to be seen… the answer was … 🤦🏻‍♀️ she wouldn’t even know we are there… hardly found us and the answer was .. wait to check your insurance. That I gave them when I book the appointment also I gave them a hour before when I got there. Just looking at them what they do… she just entered my sister name on the drs log in front of me after an hour waiting… And this wasn’t it.They called us, my sister on the chair.. and the chat belonged to an other patient. In my entire life I didn’t see so unprofessional.. so rude, so 19th century business these people run. If you want cheap… actually cheeper .. not cheap, be ready to be treated HORRIBLE by the girls at the front desk… that are there for 20 years and still didn’t get polite or educated. The place is far away from clean and that’s actually normal when all you want to do is to see dz of people waiting standing in your waiting room. Probably that made them famous. Anyway if you want to go there… waiting time starts from 60 to 180 minutes if they don’t forget you. Horrible service and experience… I never posted anything years ago.. I am posting NOW just because in years they didn’t improve at all.

Dr. Mahmood is the best Dentist I have ever had. If implants is what you need, look no further. Dr. Mahmood's work has been praised by many other Dentist that have examined me in the 14 years since I moved to Florida

Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment scheduled for 10:40 AM and ended up waiting over an hour with no real explanation. I asked several times and kept getting the same answer: "You’re next," but nothing ever moved. They do not respect patients’ time and show very poor professionalism. I will not be coming back and I do not recommend this place at all.
