I underwent jaw contour surgery with Dr. Spiegel in May 2026 and have had an outstanding experience throughout. During our initial consultation, Dr. Spiegel took the time to thoroughly understand my goals and concerns, listening attentively while sharing his extensive expertise. One the surgery day, we reviewed my desired chin outcome using photos I’d printed, and he assured me he would deliver the best possible result. Six weeks post-op, I returned for a follow-up where Dr. Spiegel examined my progress and administered a Botox injection to address muscle tension. Every two months thereafter, he continued monitoring my recovery, providing additional injections to smooth the chin muscles. Eight months after surgery, he generously performed a complimentary procedure to further optimize my results. I cannot thank Dr. Spiegel, Carol, and Nancy enough for their exceptional care during every visit to the Spiegel Center. Their professionalism, genuine warmth, and attention to detail made me feel truly valued. The facility itself is impeccably clean and beautifully designed. I had the best experience imaginable and highly recommend Dr. Spiegel and his team.

Dr. Tower was amazing from our very first meeting. He really listened to me and guided me towards the correct procedures to modify the areas I was most self conscience about. He never tried to oversell me, just gently guided me to what would make me feel the most confident. We started off with a chin implant, FaceTite, and a fat transfer to fill out my under eyes. After that, I mentioned I was still self-conscious about my profile and under-neck area and he suggested a neck lift. After that was done, I was blown away by how much more confident and beautiful I feel. It has even positively impacted my posture since I used to jut my neck out awkwardly to avoid a double chin. It was overall an amazing experience and I did it all under local anesthesia. I will admit, I am not at all queasy or nervous, so local anesthesia made a lot of sense for me to save on cost, but I would not recommend it for everyone. Thankfully Dr. Tower got a feel for me and determined that I would be a good candidate for this and I believe he would be realistic and guide you in another direction if he felt that would better suit you. Finally, his patient coordinator Cristina is so lovely and made the experience in-office smooth and positive. She always remembers what I have been up to and makes every conversation warm and welcoming with no pressure. I will say that in the future, Dr. Tower is the ONLY person I will trust with my face. Could not recommend more highly.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Tower and his incredible patient coordinator, Uzma. From the very first consultation, Dr. Tower truly listened to me. He took the time to understand all of my concerns and created a thoughtful, personalized plan that enhanced my appearance in the most natural way. My rhinoplasty and chin augmentation results have exceeded my expectations, and I am absolutely overjoyed. His skill, artistry, and attention to detail are unmatched, and I felt completely confident in his care every step of the way. Uzma was equally phenomenal throughout this entire experience. She walked me through every detail—from consultation to surgery to post-op care—with warmth, patience, and total professionalism. She was always available to answer questions, explain logistics clearly, and make me feel comfortable and supported. Communication was seamless and easy to understand, and the level of aftercare I received was nothing short of exceptional. This entire process felt thoughtful, organized, and truly patient-centered. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Tower and Uzma and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering surgery.

Dr. Spiegel is exceptional. From telemedicine visit to surgery, he is EXCEPTIONAL! I had so much fun getting to know him, and felt completely at ease in his care. I found him to be tender, funny, and quick to make sure that I was feeling my best during my procedure. I felt so safe, happy, comfortable, and assured in his hands. His perfectionistic nature reassured me that my results were going to be SO fabulous and they are, without a doubt!! I didn’t feel the typical hierarchy, he was so chill, confident, bubbly, youthful that he made me feel more like a friend rather than just a patient. He is also a great singer! DEEP PLANE FACE LIFT - 72 years old - It did not take long after walking through the doors at the SC that I knew this was the place to entrust myself to perform my DPFL. I had done my research consulting several other doctors; but, as soon as I met Dr. Spiegel, I knew. Behind his likable, approachable demeanor, was a doctor who knew the face & the power behind his double certified credentialing and his many years of experience to restore what was lost through many years of aging. Little did I know, I would also be embraced by the entire staff as family. I would be remiss if I did not mention two persons, in particular, very dear to me. Nicole, SC team leader, my initial contact, who fielded every question & concern known to man to assure me that considering the SC would be the right choice. And, last but not least in every sense, Uzma, who was assigned to me as my personal patient coordinator. She held my hand, my heart and my process as if I were her only patient and, at my end, became a very dear personal, unforgettable friend. How lucky am I! Thank you SC so much for taking me on. This is the place and when I say I feel comfort from the day i left my home to the hotel and each in every day I have been here my phone rung asking about my care what ate when my meds where ready for pick up. I came from Baltimore they had my back I appreciated that so so much. I Walked into the surgery room it was different than other experiences i had before i never felt the groggy feeling after I came up from anesthesia it was smooth so much so I was expecting to fill discomfort that never came. Now Carole what a gem and a doll poster girl Dr Spiegel I love, love her.
