The office staff are very friendly. Every person on staff made me feel comfortable and taken care of. They were accommodating even to provide a super comfy, warm blanket while in the cold operating procedure room. The waiting area is small, yet tidy and inviting. It is a VERY busy office. Sometimes the schedule is behind by an hour or more. The treatment has been good and I would recommend them for any specialist need.

I had my wisdom teeth taken out here a few days ago. Staff were very kind and provided detailed instructions on recovery. They prescribed medications tk deal with pain, swelling, and infection. They answered all questions. They gave me time to come out of anesthesia before I was escorted to my vehicle and wife. They also gave me a nice goodie bag of items, including an icepack and a cute t-shirt! Getting your wisdom teeth out sucks, but if you need it done go here!

I know there are some not so good reviews of this office but I must say my experience was wonderful. I was referred from my DDS, I was able to get in same day due to a cancelation. Dr. Lee went over what his plan was, took new x-rays, and scheduled my procedure (6 teeth extracted) for the following week. Procedure day and both post op visits went well. As Classic Ms Regal Elegance Virginia I take a lot of pride in my mouth and Dr. LEE and his wonderful staff help make ease my pain and anxiety I had. Would recommend time after time. I've included a picture after surgery (minimum swelling), 1st post op visit, and the smile I have now.

I recently had a tooth extraction and the whole process was surprisingly easy and painless! Dr. Hill and his team were so wonderful and caring, and so was the front office staff. I really appreciated that the doctor called a few hours after my procedure to make sure everything was okay. I'm a pretty anxious patient, but everyone was so kind and really put me at ease. You can tell that the staff here really cares about the patients, and I highly recommend this practice. Thanks again for the excellent care!

Dr. Lee and the entire staff were outstanding! I was so full of anxiety over having to have a tooth extracted, but, they made the entire process easy! I was surprised to have no pain once the numbness was gone. They made the best of the worst case scenario for me! I 100% recommend ❤️

I was very nervous leading up to my wisdom teeth removal surgery. Surgery is never fun but I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out and the worst pain I had was a slight headache about a 1 out of 10 pain. I don’t have any other wisdom teeth to be removed but if I did I’d go back to Dr Lee. This was the best experience I could’ve had. Staff at the office is great as well.

I had an emergency to have a tooth extracted. I called all over and couldn't find an oral surgeon to take me right away. When I called Oyster Point OMS they had an immediate appointment for me two days later. I was thrilled knowing that they could help me. When I arrived at their office, I was checked in right away and seen within 5 minutes. The staff was so nice. As I sat and waited for Dr. Hill to come in, I was greeted by a few members of the staff going over my medical history and concerns. They were so sweet and attentive to my needs. Once Dr. Hill came in to introduce himself, he was very concerned and attentive to my issue with my tooth. He explained everything that he was going to do and gave me options for the future to help along the way. He performed my tooth extraction with NO pain and with great ease. I was so very happy with him and the staff. I received great care and I highly recommend him and his staff in all your special dental needs.
