I had an excellent experience at Perler Dental Office for my teeth whitening treatment! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The front reception team and Sheryl were friendly and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Juan was fantastic he made sure I understood the entire process and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. The doctor was also great, very professional, and clearly knowledgeable. My teeth look amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I highly recommend Perler Dental for anyone looking for top-notch care and a friendly, professional environment. I’ll definitely be coming back for future visits!

Make sure to verify your own insurance benefits because this office’s staff won’t do it for you. I had a fine experience with the Dentists. But, It really wasn’t necessary for me to go out of network for an extraction. I was led to believe my insurance would reimburse me. The complications could have sprouted from my refusal to signup for a 3rd party patient portal software. This software app was asking to scan ids, insurance. social security and to store information that I wouldn’t mind sharing with the office on paper. I think it’s very silly to share such information at your own risk with a software the only has basic levels of security and encryption. I had an extraction with Robert in the past that was covered. At no point leading up this extraction was I notified or made aware of how much this procedure would cost. The lack of transparency and communication on the back end of this whole procedure left me feeling cheated and stiffed when I received the bill for it. It was a surprise to me, as I had not seen these numbers shared or discussed with me. Had the costs of the procedure been disclosed to me beforehand I’d hold no contest against it.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Perler for a consultation. My conservation with him was so comforting and he was so knowledgeable. Dr. Perler came highly recommended from Barbara, and she was right about everything she shared with me regarding Dr. Perler. I look forward to work with you.

I came upon this dentist after searching tirelessly for a practice that fits my schedule and "voila!". Dr. Perler is very welcoming and pleasant…ohh, and the staff, amazing! Great first visit! Looking forward to my follow-ups.

My Dad has been Dr. Perler’s patient since July. He needed a bit of dental work before he could get started on his dentures. My Dad is elderly and both visually and hearing impaired. Dr Perler and Erica, the assistant who has been with Dr P during most of my Dad’s visits, have been so gentle, kind and patient with my Dad. They’ve taken the time to explain the procedures to him and given him extra time, when needed, to get himself ready during visits. Dr P and Erica have also brought me in to discuss what was being done for my Dad and to advise about care at home between visits. Front office staff has always been lovely, greeting my Dad warmly, when he’s come for his appointments. My Dad is actually sad that his treatment is almost complete. He said that he will miss going to see Dr P and co!

He's fantastic. Very gentle and it seems like Dentistry is in his blood. That may be because his father is a dentist as well! My family has moved out of New Rochelle, but we still drive half n hour to see him!

I am new to the area and chose Dr Perler. Hard shoes to fill as I loved my dentist in Boston! But—he did! He and his staff are vey knowledgeable, patient, and friendly! So glad to have found him and his practice for my long term dental needs!
