New Britian office is amazing. They were fast and reliable. I expected to be here for hours and hours for our first initial appointment. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The hygienist was great with children that are scared or anxious.

Had a first appt for my 1 year old daughter. I came in 30 mins early and my insurance had changed since the appt was made. I brought it in with me. First when I walked in the desk lady was rude by not even helping me and just pointing to a paper to sign in. Then when I gave the insurance card she huffed and puffed and rudely said j would have to reschedule my appointment due to not having the right insurance. Which I would have been fine with if she wasn’t so rude to begin with. Then proceeded to scan the insurance like she was getting everything ready for the appt. Then said ok you are all set. We sat there for 15 mins for her to then ask why we are still there. While all that was happening we witnessed her being rude to another family and a coworker. I will not be going back there for the simple fact if the front people are rude like that I can’t imagine how the other staff is and my daughter doesn’t need to be there.

Excellent place to take your kids for braces ! We were greeted and met with Carmen with such a friendly manner! She explained everything in such a kid friendly way so that my son stayed engaged and understood all her instructions for taking care of his teeth! She deffinately sealed the deal for us 🙂 highly recommended

Sutton Dental has the best staff and care team for our children. From Dr . C’s wisdom and wit, to Carmen’s support and the hygienists skilled hands, both the New Britain and Hartford sites are top notch. We could easily go elsewhere, but seeing faces that look like your own who are caring and professional, and understand cultural norms, dental presentation in melanated people, goes a long way. They have top tier follow up, and high integrity with their respect of time. Clean office, professional staff. Kudos to this team!

I have no complaints. They do such a great job and were very prompt with timing at appointments. Very detailed when explaining what was happening and what to expect. I would recommend them.

I have been bringing my son for about 13 yrs here and have never had an issue until the last visit where the dentist and her assistant nearly drowned my son. Had I not been in the room I am pretty sure my son would be dead because these two women were not paying attention and when the dentist realized she didn't even act quickly or accordingly. She just nonchalantly asked if he was OK when he was clearly choking. I had to jump up and grab my son to sit up so he wouldn't drown. If you are a parent please do not leave your child unattended while they are being treated by Dr Brown and her assistant Ann Lee. This was back in August. They then canceled my son's follow up appointment in order to avoid seeing us again. I have since changed his dentists and called to report both of these highly negligent and irresponsible excuses for professionals. Be advised I have contacted a lawyer. Your practice needs to do better.

they just pulled my son 4 wisdom teeth yesterday. My son felt ever cut every pull. And to have the person that helps out tell him be quite he was going to scare the other people. and closed the door. not even to come get me or anything. daughter stated that they did not even clean her teeth good
