Dentist in New Britain

Terrible place I had an appointment with Sreekanth for it to be rescheduled I paid in advance for the procedure. Received a call July 4th day of appointment to reschedule due to Doctor no longer being with practice. I asked whens the next time I can book no one wasn’t sure due to hiring a new dentist can take time . I asked for a refund of what I spent for the procedure that’s never happened which was July 4th . They let me know they would speak to their accountant, I’ve been calling back to back went to the office hours of operation are posted on the door no one answers the phones no one has called me it’s super inconvenient for myself to have to wait for something that should’ve been done weeks ago not sure what’s the hold up of getting my refund back it’s been a month I paid $278.80 June 30th !

Terrible terrible place do not go here I repeat . They canceled my appointments 4 times and rescheduled and the didn’t open the office for the times they rescheduled. They cancel appointments 30 mins before your appointment no one seems to ever know when the doctor will be there if she isn’t having emergencies. Driven hours to get here over 5 times and it’s been thesame thing . They confirm your appointment with you the day prior you get there and they are closed and no one can help you and no one picks up the number .Very unprofessional doctor and confused staff due to doctors unreliability.

Dr asghar was very honest and explainable hoping for a good approval and good experience with a new dentist
