This place is the best! 💛 if you’re someone who gets anxious going to the dentist, go to D3- it will change your entire perspective. Everyone is so friendly and kind, plus excellent work and service. Highly recommend 😊

I missed an appointment in Nov 2024, totally my fault, I got put on military orders and forgot to cancel the appointment. I just got a bill in the mail (July 2025) saying I’m 90 days past due and threatening collections. I never received a bill from him before. The bill didn’t even list what it was for, just said give me $75 or I’ll send you to collections. Not really a way to treat your patients.

Dr. Dachowski is THE BEST. Personable, professional, down-to-earth. He is the only dentist in my life that has personally cleaned my teeth on multiple occasions. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his practice (and rightfully so!). His office is insanely conveniently located (my family and I can literally walk or bike to the office from our home in Park West). They have plenty of parking, a comfortable waiting room, aesthetically pleasing and beautifully appointed coastal-inspired exam rooms with lots of natural daylight. His staff is polite, well-mannered, friendly, and helpful. My most recent dental hygienist took the time to actually walk me through and teach me how to floss most effectively (even with just a little pre-threaded flosser!). I could not recommend this practice more.

What a memorable and simply outstanding experience I had today with Dr Damien. Dr Damien spent more time with me today cleaning my teeth and answering my questions -- than all other Dentists I've had for the last 17 years put together. I've been through 5 dentists in 17 years in Mt Pleasant, and I know that I finally found the right place for me. He wasn't rushed, he did his own work, and I felt like a genuinely appreciated customer in his office. Dr Damien is thoughtful, sincere, and passionate about his work. He is patient and he doesn't try to push a treatment plan down your throat. I work in the Dental Industry, and I come into contact with hundreds of dentists each year, and I speak from experience when I share my review -- you will be glad you chose Dr Damien. At some point he's going to fill up with patients, so the sooner you get in to see him, the happier your dental experience will be, and best of all they take insurance and direct bill the insurance company.

Where to even start?! Dr. D and his entire staff is simply amazing. Came in with some tooth pain, personally called in a referral to a specialist for the same day (root canal), and has been the most caring dentist I have ever been too. His work is fantastic and he genuinely ask questions about you to get to know you. His staff is friendly and always ready to help and explain any process or cost. I would highly recommend Dr. Damian for any of your needs and especially if you’re nervous about the dentist like me!

Dr. D and staff were great! Other dentists in Mt Pleasant have not felt as personable. They spent time to talk through their findings and recommendations. I felt very comfortable with the care at D3 and will be coming back.

I am happy to take the time to write this review about Dr. Damian and D3 Dentistry. Over the years I have had a good amount of dental work done by different dentists. I can very honestly say that Dr D. is the most talented and caring dentist that I have seen. You will find that working on your teeth is like second nature to him. His experience in his field is very apparent. As he explained to me why and what he was doing I was put at ease. There is no doubt in my mind that his suggestions concerning the work that needed to be done were only in my best interest. You will find that he uses only the most modern equipment and that his office is run very professionally. When looking for a dentist in the Charleston area don't hesitate to go see Dr. D. You will not be disappointed.
