I have been a patient here since 2023. The regular cleanings are very very well done here. It fixed issues that lingered despite doing deep cleanings from my previous dentist. Recently, I also got my deep cleaning done as recommended by Dr Lee. It's was pretty much painless and went smooth. Dr Lee also took the time out to answer all my questions and is super friendly overall. The team here is truly top notch! The clinic is highly recommended.

We were first introduced to Dr. Joseph Lee’s practice in July 2023, after being highly recommended by my child’s pediatric dentist. We are so glad to be under his care! Dr. Lee is incredibly patient and thorough. He takes the time to explain everything in detail, clearly outlining what can and cannot be done, ensuring we felt completely confident and informed about the treatment plan. His work is truly precise and meticulous. What stands out the most is his extraordinary care. After my child’s procedure, he even gave us Vitamin E capsules and instructed us to squeeze some on the operated spot for faster healing—a small but incredibly thoughtful and caring detail. Furthermore, his dedication is unwavering; he was willing to squeeze us into his busy schedule to handle urgent work when needed. If you are looking for a specialist who combines precision, compassion, and true expertise, Dr. Lee is the one. I highly recommend him!

Mixed experiences. My first visit was with Dr. Kim, who was noticeably rude to and impatient with her own staff, which was uncomfortable to witness. I almost canceled my followup appointment but ultimately decided not to for lack of better alternatives. My second visit was with Dr. Lee, who was genuinely great: kind, patient, explains things clearly. I'd give him 5 stars individually. But then I needed a simple prescription for fluoride toothpaste, and what should have taken a day turned into a two-week back-and-forth that is still ongoing. My request first got lost for a week when one staff member was out. The reply via text was somewhat snarky: "I have provided the information to Dr Lee again he will re send it again today", but I received nothing prior to that, so it's not "again" or "re-send", it's "send after a week of waiting". Then suddenly insurance required prior authorization, the prescription got cancelled, and no one in the office seemed sure how to handle it or who was responsible. The office also didn't seem familiar at all with how to work with Amazon Pharmacy, which added to the confusion. I was asked to switch pharmacies, told to call the pharmacy myself, and given conflicting information at different points. I had to politely explain them this is not how prior authorization works: the doctor's office is responsible, not the pharmacy, and certainly not the patient. They simply responded "we don't do that here". Okay great so you're not doing your job. Meanwhile the pharmacy kept telling me to contact the prescriber and there was nothing they could do, so I was being bounced back and forth, stuck in bureaucratic limbo. But whatever, I don't care about the insurance price, just let me pay cash then, it's all for a simple toothpaste after all. How hard can it be to just re-send a prescription? Well, here goes another week of waiting and multiple follow-ups. On Friday I was reassured multiple times that the staff asked the doctor to send the prescription, however they also coldly added "we do close at 2pm and he is currently busy with patients". That's your problem, not mine. It's your responsibility to make time to provide services to patients. (Edit: I was initially afraid it wasn't gonna happen on Friday, but it actually did go through later at night, thanks to Dr Lee) I don't think anyone is being malicious, it just seems like the office doesn't have a system for handling prescription issues, and nobody has the bandwidth to figure it out when something doesn't go smoothly the first time. Frankly, the prescriber's office is the one that should understand how PAs and pharmacy coordination work, but instead I was the one researching to figure out what's going on. The staff mostly does seem to be doing their best ,they're just clearly overworked and the office could use better systems. If even a 4.8 star place on google maps is this disorganized I don't want to know what is happening at the other dentists.

This review is for the amazing, caring, and professional team that works so hard in this immaculate office. I want to give huge thanks to dear Janice, Doctor Nissa, Doctor Lee, and sorry that I didn’t get their name - very sweet and responsible Vietnamese lady that helped me with teeth cleaning, and a very professional lady who blew cold air on my face during local anesthesia today and made sure I didn’t feel any pain, and tell me to ask for break whenever I want. (I want to get to know their name next time I visit!!!) And huge thank you for the rest of the team as well!!!! Thank you Janice for squeezing me in, so incredible that you can work with so so so many people’s schedules; thank you Doctor Nissa for your caring heart and many many encouragements; thank you Doctor Lee for coming and making sure that I don’t have any infected tissue left inside; and many many more that you all have done, thank you!!! It is because of you all that I can get rid of my rotten tooth (eat less sugar guys, and floss!!!). I’m so grateful for all that you guys do. God bless you all!!! Been a patient for about 6 years and I would recommend this place. The staff is very honest, nice, and friendly and they're very good about communicating regarding appointments, follow ups, etc. 5/5 🙂

I had appointments with dr. Lee and assistant Raina, and the experience was great. I recommend this clinic.

Dr. Lee is an incredible dentist! I highly recommend him as your general dentist as well as for your orthopedic needs. He is very professional, kind, and helpful. He makes sure you feel important and confident with your smile. Reyna was great to work with as well, she put on my attachments for my Invisalign treatment and did a great job making sure I was comfortable.
