Sienna Dental

It was my son's (who is anxious about doctors and dentist) first visit to Sienna Dental. Cynthia the Hygienist made him very comfortable and took her time getting to know him and explaining what she was doing and stressing the importance of his involvement in taking care of his teeth. Dr Tao was also thorough and personalable. So far we had a good experience

I had a great first time experience at Sienna Dental with Dr. Thao Do and her team. The dental hygienist was very helpful and gentle during my cleaning, which made the visit comfortable and stress-free. Dr. Do was thorough and knowledgeable about my dental concerns, and I really appreciated how proactive she was in taking care of my teeth. Highly recommend!

The hygienist Cynthia was v professional and took good care of me. Was there for the first time and will be going regularly. Dee Dee was great too.I was told about all fees and options before they did anything. Had a great experience. Thank you

I’d give less than one star if I could. The only positive was getting a last-minute emergency appointment. Otherwise, the visit was terrible. Unless you’re going in for routine maintenance, don’t go. I scheduled my emergency visit over the phone and provided all my insurance information, yet when I arrived they claimed they couldn’t find it. My husband even left to retrieve our insurance info before the receptionist suddenly "found" it. Completely incompetent, especially during an emergency when I was in pain. During the visit, X-rays and photos were taken and looked normal. I asked for photos of my inflamed throat. Dr. Pratik Vakil came in, stayed several feet away, never looked in my mouth, and immediately referred me to an oral surgeon. That was it. No vitals were taken—no temperature or blood pressure—and I left in more pain than when I arrived, with no real help. Fast forward to today: I’m having tonsil removal surgery for a peritonsillar abscess that could only be diagnosed through a proper visual exam. A major miss and a very disappointing experience.

From the time I entered the office, until I left. I was met with a very polite staff, calming ambiance and a professional presence. Thank you SIENNA Dental for keeping me relaxed.

I always enjoy coming to Sienna Dental. The office staff is always kind and efficient in welcoming me to the office. Cynthia my dental hygienist is professional, caring and gentle. A usual traumatizing experience is not at all. Thank you for the great service.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but lately it feels like a cash grab. After every cleaning they suggest different procedures, last time I walked out with a $500 bill even with insurance and they always push for the "cancer screening". New dentist almost every time I go. I’m looking for a new office, owned by a dentist.
