I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Chi. I went in for a root canal and was honestly amazed at how smooth and comfortable the entire process was. Dr. Chi has such a soft, gentle touch and an incredibly caring nature. She even held my hand, which was so calming and reassuring. Her positive energy immediately put me at ease. Dr. Chi is honest, thoughtful, and truly wants what’s best for her patients. She took extra time to make sure I was completely comfortable and that everything was done right, which meant so much to me. The dental assistant was equally caring and professional, making the experience even better. The office staff are very knowledgeable, quick to answer all of my questions, and genuinely kind. I left feeling calm, cared for, and actually looking forward to future dental appointments — something I never thought I’d say! I am 100 percent happy with every part of my experience and highly recommend Dr. Chi and his team 🙂

I had my first appt on 11/21/2025. I knew I was going to have a longer visit bc it was my first appt. The front desk staff were very kind and welcoming. The dental assistant was very nice as well. Dr. Chi Mba, DDS was very kind and personable. She informed me I’d need a deep cleaning. The front desk staff came in and reviewed what my insurance covered. (REMINDER: REVIEW YOUR OWN DENTAL INSURANCE TO HAVE AN IDEA IF YOU’LL NEED TO PAY FOR ANYTHING.) The cleaning didn’t hurt me(I do have a higher pain tolerance). She did let me know I could inform her if anything hurt and was understanding if I was in pain. I appreciate her not trying to push the wisdom teeth removal conversation on me. My visit was about an hour total. 10/10 office and staff. I definitely will continue my dental care at Chi Family Dental.

Great experience as a new patient at Chi Family Dental. The intake process was easy and fully online, and the staff was courteous and welcoming throughout the visit. Pricing felt fair and transparent, and I really appreciated that it’s a private practice rather than a large corporate office. The location is conveniently right in the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Dr. Chi and Gisele were really great. They took real good care of me doing a root canal and a deep clean. Gisele really helped me out while I was getting that root canal. I can’t thank her enough. Also, I got a permanent crown that day. Gisele even help me pick out the right color for my crown. It looks great. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

Dr. Chi and her team have taken wonderful care of my entire family, including my husband and our 2 year old daughter, who had her very first dental visit here. Thanks to their gentle and positive approach, she had a great experience that will have a lasting impact on how she feels about going to the dentist. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Chi as a family dentist she and her team set the gold standard for compassionate, expert dental care.

Dr Chi and her entire staff are very patient and kind. Her bedside manners are superb! I appreciate her willingness to educate but yet still allow you to decide what you’re able to do without any pressure. Thanks for being professional and kind. I’ve found my new dentistry home !

This place is absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating. Everybody is so sweet and the doctors are so professional. I go there myself and I also take my six-year-old there as well and they were wonderful with her. Seriously don’t go anywhere else. Dr. Chi is amazing and what she does <
