This office is great. They are helpful, kind, understanding, and competent. We switched after some concerns with our previous dentist and could not be happier. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I’m incredibly disappointed after having gone to Andy for more than 10 years that in the middle of an ongoing pandemic (it’s not over yet), he chose to drop the mask mandate for staff and patients. I have an unvaccinated, high risk child at home who isn’t yet eligible to be vaccinated and this decision puts him - and all the other children under 12 who come in contact with people in his office - at risk. Ridiculous.

Went there for the first time about a month ago for a cleaning and had a great experience: very clean, new, and organized office with a nice and knowledgeable staff. Great response time: I acquired my mouth guard, that was ordered from my visit, within days. I will definitely return for my future dental cares! Thank you Smile Missoula!

Dr. Althauser is thorough and caring and has an excellent chair-side manner. His work is very good and I trust his judgment and recommendations.
