Parkside dentistry is inviting, professional, friendly, and a comfortable environment. They were very understanding, accommodating, and never made me feel bad about my treatment plan. I would highly recommend Parkside dentistry to anyone no matter how long is been since you had your last dentist appointment they will not judge you, they are caring!

I was a long-term patient at this practice and felt comfortable here for many years. However, I was permanently dismissed after missing two appointments — one in 2017 when I was homeless, and another in 2022 that I never received a reminder for. When I explained my circumstances and that both absences were honest mistakes, the office told me they would not see me again due to a ‘two no-call/no-show’ policy. No warning, no conversation, and no consideration of my situation. While I understand offices need policies, banning a lifelong patient for two missed appointments — especially when one occurred during homelessness and the other lacked any notification — feels rigid, unprofessional, and lacking compassion. Dental care is healthcare, not a luxury, and patients deserve some understanding rather than permanent exclusion. I was genuinely shocked and hurt by how this was handled, and I hope this practice reconsiders how they treat loyal patients in difficult circumstances.

I have been a patient for several years and always get great care. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Delaney always takes time to explain things and let me know what is going on with my dental care.

The cleaning by the hygienist was great. It was efficient and quick. At my previous appointment I spoke with the dentist on him having my permanent retainer removed due to it being broken. We agreed that at my next appointment he would remove it so we set extra time aside for it to be done. When it came time for that appointment to occur he had forgotten about it, said he did not have time to do it, and wanted me to make another additional appointment for the retainer removal.

I've never told Dr. Delaney that I was an orthodontic assistant in Hawaii, so I can say with confidence that my experience with Dr.Delaney and his staff has been a 9.9 on a scale of 1-10! My care goes beyond that of any dentist I have ever had, as my teeth are healthier than they have ever been & I want to thank everyone at Parkside Dentistry for my brilliant smile! I don't have to ask about my next appointment or when should I call for my next appointment as my appointment is already made for me when I leave the office and i get the much needed reminders of my next appointment about a week before, then again a couple of days before. The care feels personal, like I'm part of their family My friends have asked what I've done to my teeth - braces? bleaching? I say, "Neither. Just a Dr. who, along with his staff, TRULY care about my dental health!

Dr. Delaney at Parkside Dental has exceptional staff. They are so helpful and caring. Dr. Delaney is a kind, considerate and thoughtful dentist. Any time I have had a need (filling fell out, temp crown came off) they have immediately fit me in. I have been using them for a good number of years! So happy I found them.

Dr. Delaney is the worst dentist in town. They had the audacity to terminate their relationship with me because I had to cancel 1 appointment due to an emergency. They don’t even take into account the multiple times they have canceled on me. Dr. Delaney messed up a filling and I had to go back to him 3 different times and the problem still wasn’t fixed! I’m in excruciating pain every day and I can’t even eat. He had the nerve to leave me in the middle of the procedure to go help another patient because he claimed they got there before I did. Resulting in him RUINING my tooth! He should be turned in for malpractice and for being unprofessional. I’m more than happy to find a new dentist! I wouldn’t recommend going here.
