First the esthetic of the office is A+. Very nice, sleek, polish look. Customer service is top notch. As a new patient I appreciated the communication, via text to confirm appointment, when I had questions they were answered in a timely manner, and any co-pay information was shared prior to visit. I was late today because of a prior appointment and they patiently waited with no problem. I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT because I'm on on time person. The actual work provided was a deep clean. I was totally comfortable and no issues or pain afterwards. I would absolutely recommend The Dent Lounge if you are in need of a new professional dentist.

I had the privilege of visiting DentLounge yesterday and was fortunate to have an appointment today. Their personnel are professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. They deliver information in a straightforward yet empathetic manner, making everything easy to understand. The atmosphere is welcoming and amicable, and the services are affordable without sacrificing quality. I highly recommend DentLounge.

The team at Dent lounge is sweet, thorough, detailed and explains everything in detail. They are transparent with co-pay which is really nice as there are no hidden charges afterwards. They are great in what they do.

I have a handicap teenager. The dental assistant place an x-ray in my daughter‘s mouth, and was surprised that she couldn’t hold it down. Dentist came in and asked me what kind of tools they use previously at other dentist to open her mouth. I told her I’m not a dental hygienist so I don’t know the specific name of the tools, but she never had a problem getting x-rays getting teeth cleaning getting her teeth pulled All the whole time while she was a pediatric patient. I do not feel comfortable with this company. they made me feel very uncomfortable with having someone that’s handicap. I came to get service. I can’t tell you the tools that we used. She’s handicap make accommodations that’s why me and my husband come everywhere together. The dental assistant was afraid to put the camera in her mouth. She was very apprehensive. She was very nervous. I even said to her. Don’t be nervous it’s not like my daughter can attack you. She’s handicap .I believe the last dentist let us both come into the room and let us assist with holding her. I think that’s would’ve made everything better but unfortunately, The dentist didn’t even try. We just wanna be treated like everybody else. I did not let it get that far because I was uncomfortable uncomfortable. I feel like I’m not gonna be serviced . I leave. Have a wonderful day. God bless you.

Dr. Hernandez and his team are awesome! Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The office is clean, modern, and they always run on time. Dr. Hernandez really takes his time to explain everything and genuinely cares about his patients. Definitely recommend this place!

The staff here are AMAZING! Had to bring my 6 month old in during my appointment and they were so helpful with him. They really helped me get over my fear of the dentist and took their time explaining my x-rays too me. Very happy I chose Dent Lounge as my Dentist Office
