Target

The staff are great. Kind and approachable. I'm not sure what the reasoning was behind this decision, but they have a single bathroom for the entire store. It has a keypad on it and no one seems to know the code. When I found someone who did know the code, there were 5 people in line and I waited for 30 minutes. Furthermore, the state of the bathroom was a disaster. They have all sorts of signs throughout the store that express things like inclusivity and community but this is juxtaposed with a lack of accessibility to the patrons for something as basic as using a restroom. I have never encountered a Target like this, and was surprised by the seemingly callous planning. I'm really disappointed by this decision.

Every time I do target pickup, I get items with damaged packaging. Usually the item itself is ok, but really? It’s as if they’re stomping on the items before bringing my order out.

I have asthma and a cold. It is -10 degrees outside. I was hoping not go to anywhere tonight due to health concerns. I therefore ordered delivery through Shipt. Shipt has delayed my order five times. A 3 PM order is now scheduled for 8 PM. I want to go to bed. I will NEVER be using this service again, and any grocery store that chooses Shipt to handle delivery orders genuinely doesn’t care about the customer experience. I love Target! Any and every location, simply can't go wrong. I love being a target circle member, all the discounts/deals, and the amazing ever changing selection! Everything my family and i need plus more! Only thing thats a big inconvenience is the dressing rooms are now closed at this location because people were doing drugs in them!!! Horrible. Isn't that why there's a cop always there? Now I have to buy clothes and return them if I don't decide to keep them.

I was told to stop sitting. There are not chairs at the Starbucks in the location. Fine. It seems clear the bigger issue is the unwelcomeness to being able to sit there. Elderly people shop there. But fine. But then, I was asked to not sit on the floor, while it was obvious I was shopping.

This may be a smaller store, but I like this little store. It makes things easier to find. Though I will have to say that having everything locked up in cases is not cool. Makes shopping harder. There are associates all over, but none really want to help people get in the locked cases. That is a down fall. That does not warrant a lower score rating in my book. The store in clean and you can find things. I found everything that I was looking for and and then some.

Went to a lane to do a split payment of cash, gift card, and circle card. When I scanned my wallet it wouldnt apply my card. The cashier apologized and called for a TL. The TL charged only my card without my consent. She left without an apology or comment. Shout out to Ceaser for being kind and apologizing on her behalf. As a TM myself I found this quite odd and just plain rude.
