I met with Dr. Simon today and what impressed me most was his humble yet youthful excitement when talking about anything dentistry (even after 30+ years of practice). He remains passionate about his craft as an active member of 9 dental organizations with a strong commitment to community service. What sets Dr. Simon apart is his FAGD credential, achieved by less than 10% of dentists through 500+ hours of advanced training. He performs general/family dentistry, implants, orthodontics (including his proprietary Forwardontics approach), sleep apnea treatment, and cosmetic dentistry all under one roof. Throughout my visit, I overheard him giving praise to his staff (and myself included for good dental health ofc). He puts a lot of emphasis on his care, services, office, and community instead of himself. The air feels lighter being in his office than others where it's dense, thick, or serious. Always a good time with Dr. Simon. If you want a one-stop dental office where you don't need to be referred to another office, this is the place to be.

My family & I have been a patient of Milpitas Town Center Dental Care since 2001. We’ve moved away from Milpitas but we still drive 1.5 hour just to see Dr. Simon (because he is that good!). We will never go anywhere else. Dr. Simon performs sophisticated dental procedures with the utmost precision, without the pain. He checks in with his patients to make sure they’re comfortable and even tells jokes to distract the patient. If he observes any abnormalities in the mouth/breathing pattern, he will give us hand-outs to explain and remedy it. If it’s beyond his dental scope, he writes a prescription so we could follow-up with our medical doctor. He constantly reminds us to practice proper dental hygiene and to eat healthy and take our calcium supplements and vitamins. He truly cares about his patients. Lily, his assistant, is very proficient and knowledgeable with the whole dental process and is a great compliment to the dental office. She takes the time to explain the dental procedure for the day and show X-rays or before & after photos of my teeth. Shout out to the front office staff Lani, Diana and crew. Working tirelessly to schedule /reschedule to accommodate our very busy schedule and handling insurance claims.

Dr. Cesar Simon has been our dentist since we moved to Bay area. All staff including the manager, front desk, and dental assistant are very nice and family friendly, It always feels like receiving service from a family. They value you and treat you the best. Dr. Simon and his team are experts in the field of dentistry.

You are in good hands with Dr Simon. He will make you feel relax and comfortable, no pain. His assistant Lily is also very friendly. What a great team you two have. I hkghly recommend Dr Simon for all your dental needs.

I had a very frustrating experience with Town Center Dental Care regarding billing and communication. I was told I could pay using a specific method, but their system was down, so I was asked to use another payment method, with the assurance that they would refund it and reprocess the payment with the first method I had chosen. That refund never happened. No one from the office reached out to follow up. I had to call them myself. When I did, I was told they couldn’t issue the refund "for accounting reasons," with no clear explanation or resolution. I do want to note that the dentists themselves do fantastic work, and my issue is not with the clinical care. However, poor communication and failure to follow through on billing promises made this a very disappointing experience.
