I went to this dental place, and the staff were very nice and treated me well. They were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The dentist explained everything clearly and took great care of me. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I really appreciate their kindness and good service.

I'm one happy patient! Dr. Chavez, is such a gentle dentist. The dental assistants, are kind girls too. Over the last past years, I have been going to see Dr. Chavez for all my teeth repairs and I can say that my smile is more amazing now that my teeth are getting fixed by Dr. Chavez. This little office has great customer service and they alway keep you informed about an opening and your upcoming dental visit and sometimes with so much going on in our lives, sometime we all need a gentle reminder. Been coming here for 10+ years. Dr Ma and Dr Chavez are both very patient and polite. Helen the hygienist is very friendly and fun to talk to. Tina at the front desk is very helpful for rescheduling appointments. Their office has a lot of air purifiers and you can tell the air circulation/ventilation is very good

Normally, I don’t often write review. I came in for a routine teeth cleaning this past Wednesday, and Dr. Chavez completely exceeded my expectations. The quality of care and attention to detail were outstanding. This is definitely above and beyond a 5-star experience. Highly recommended!

While I’ve written a review in the past, I feel compelled to share an updated one, especially to express my continued appreciation for Dr. Ma and his exceptional front office team and dental assistants, especially a shout out for Thuy and Huyen. Even after moving away from San Jose, I still travel back for all of my dental care—and so does my entire family. That’s how much we trust and value the care we receive at N & M Dental. I made the mistake of trying a local dentist in my new town, and unfortunately, it led to a damaged tooth. Thankfully, Dr. Ma was able to help me recover from that experience. Dr. Ma is not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly gentle with every procedure. I’ve never needed pain medication—even after major treatments like root canals, crowns, or implants. His work is precise and skillful. He also did my Invisalign treatment, and the results were amazing—people constantly complimented me on my smile! What stands out the most is how natural and perfect my crown looks, and how I always feel better the very next day without any pain. One of my crowns took over three hours, and Dr. Ma’s dedication never wavered. It’s rare to find someone who is both deeply passionate and exceptionally talented in their field—Dr. Ma is truly one of those people. I’m incredibly grateful for his genuine care, expert hands, and unwavering commitment to his patients. Honestly, I often wonder what I would do if he ever stops practicing. Are new patients not welcome here? Please do advertise properly in order to not waste people’s time. Supposedly you offer same day appointments. Well, a same day appointment booked at 3:30ish am for a toddler to be seen at 2pm the same day, gets an automated text message about getting back to me at 9am, but nothing, patient shows up at requested appointment, doors are shut, a door bell appears to be in functional with no answer if it actually is functional, patient and parent knock with no answer, surveillance camera on and running while no care in the world to address any confusion of new patients? Thank you for the delighted experience front office staff. My heart is melting with love.
