Gentle Dental McCarthy Ranch

I was looking for a dentistry I could feel confident about them having an experienced and knowledgeable Dentist and staff.. This is hard find. Well I've had my first visit at Gental Dental and they took good care of me. The Dentist that did my first evaluation along with his assistant worked very well together. In my opinion this is the first sign you are in the right dentistry office. Not to much chatting. The Dentist and his assistant made me feel comfortable meaning they showed me they were confident focused experienced and knowledgeable. Excellent team work between these two people..This was a good experiences I look forward to going back. Thank you Gentle Dental staff.

This office has a very welcoming and friendly environment. I took my son for an orthodontic consultation last month and the lady that assisted us Makayla was super friendly super knowledgeable. She was very polite and very outgoing unlike any other experiences I have had I definitely will be coming back just need more money to start treatment. Just wanted to give a big shout out to Makayla and gentle dental thank you for your services

5 starts because the dentist (although was late) was super kind and nice and informative! My previous dentist wasn’t as informative and apparently was still using old way of doing fillings. The dental assistant helping out was also so kind and compassionate too! My check in process was a bit delayed due to insurance but I’m glad they were still able to see me.

Awful clinic for orthodontic work. Would not recommend. The orthodontist is only on-site a few times a month, which significantly slows down treatment compared to other offices. Appointments are routinely double- or triple-booked. Every visit involved extremely long waits—often an hour or more—despite having a scheduled time. Their payment handling is completely incompetent. They threatened to send me to collections even though I had consistent payments through OrthoBanc. I also made a lump-sum payment on September 4th and received confirmation that my balance was $0, yet they failed to stop automatic withdrawals afterward. To be fair, Dr. Amari herself is excellent—professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. She guided me through Invisalign successfully. The issue is entirely the office and its management, not the orthodontist.

Wanted over 17 minutes for my appointment. Took twice as long for appointments then ever. Been with this dental office for almost 50 years and time to look for another. I really like some of the staff and that’s why I stayed. Bill payment is always a problem been like this the last 15-20 years.

Made me feel safe and welcomed. All staff memebers are professionals and honestly i felt comfortable here. Other places i go to, dont come close to the feeling like Gentle Dental.

I don’t think this clinic’s online appointment system is reliable. I booked an appointment with a pediatric dentist for my baby and came in early this morning. Since it was a weekday, I had to take time off work to make this visit. After arriving, I was told that the pediatric dentist was not working today, so the visit was pointless and a complete waste of time. If the pediatric dentist was not scheduled to work today, appointments should not have been accepted in the first place. At the very least, someone should have reviewed the schedule and contacted us to cancel—days before, or at least the day prior. No one reached out to us at all. This kind of poor coordination and lack of communication is so disappointing, especially when it involves young children and parents rearranging their work schedules. The clinic seriously needs to improve its scheduling and confirmation process.eir online booking
