I’ve been seeing Dr. Wei for a few years. She is very patient and takes the time to explain how to take care of my teeth. She points out any problems clearly and gives useful advice to help me improve my dental health. She also has a friendly, approachable personality. I always feel comfortable and well cared for. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable dentist.

I'm ok with today's visit. The wait was longer than expected. Parking was easy. Scheduling was easy. After coming here for several years, I find overall quality of service is rather good but sometimes I felt the visit was too short and my visit was done in a rush. Interruptions could be frequent and speaking mandarin is supposed to be expected so little consideration for non-mandarin speakers.

My dentist is very patient and she always explains along the process no matter it is as routine as cleaning or removal of my shaking wisdom tooth. Professional and always offer pleasant service.
