This is the worst place to go. The dr is wonderful.. the staff there is what's horrible. And you make an appointment and you're there waiting forever and they're taking walk ins before the people who have appointments. What's the point of appointments!? You call the number for the nurse and they never answer! You leave a message for a call back and never get a call back!! And when you need forms filled out.. there's no staff all of a sudden. I dont know how they're still operating! Yes I do understand what this clinic is for.. im just saying they need to train their staff better! Im really glad I found my mom a new doctor's office.

The experience I had in this Clinic was not bad at all! The ladies in the front were very nice! There are different sections you sign in at! Right when you enter on the Left side is for Dentist and the front is for Kids and Adults! They have a back room for babies so you will be sent back for the wait and not stay in the front! There was not a lot of patients waiting in lobby like there use to be! Dr. Marquez was nice but she can improve the way she attends her clients that goes for the nurses as well! The Dentist was very very professional and polite (would recommend him to anyone). His assistants are really nice too! The only reason I took off 1 star 🌟 is because of the waiting time. My appointment was at 1:45 and I was out of there by 3:07 other than that it's a clinic I would go back to!

The receptionist was a sweetheart, didn’t catch her name but when the insurance receptionist chimed in she was extremely rude, she kept cutting me off as I was trying to explain something to her. She wasn’t able to verify my Medicaid ID number and tried to make me feel dumb by telling the receptionist I was speaking to that I wasn’t giving her a real, she just kept saying it wasn’t real and that I need to look over it again with a tone in her voice. His name was Mirabela or something like that… train the staff and nurses to have a little more respect for the patient and ya’ll will do a lot better 😊

I am so pissed off with this clinic! My mother went in to this clinic today and they bruised her upper arm with a blood pressure cuff...not sure why they need to take a blood pressure for a regular checkup. As an EMT, seeing the bruises on my mother when she got home from a dental appointment was extremely upsetting! This was not a root canal, or anything the required anesthesia, it was a checkup!

Honestly I’ve never really had a problem with this place until recently. My mom has come here many times before and when she has issues they let her see her doctor, however this time she Requests to see her usual doctor cause this time she had a seizure and we went to the emergency room, they told us to go see her usual doctor. The ladies at the front told us to go talk to the lady in the back who insisted we make an appointment, we already have one made but that’s not until November. We obviously tell her that my mom’s doctor usually sees her when she has issues with her health, yet she still refuses and tells us that we just need to wait for the next appointment. What about a POTENTIAL SEIZURE doesn’t stick to you? If the doctor isn’t in the office that’s fine i understand. However if you just insist to wait for that appointment after being told by the doctor yourself that you can come in and see him for some health reasons, is kinda like umm????

Extremely rude and not professional at all. Mirabella was the name of one of the receptionist who went out of her way to make us feel dumb and laughed at us when we tried asking simple questions.

Ok I don't even know were to start first of my appointment was at 10:45 I didn't get seen till 11:45, also the questions here are weird in all my time I never had to answer a nurse what religion I am, what's my weight goal was before even weighing me. It's hard enough having to work and find time off to do this and they make you wait longer and the whole staff was really rude I came in for a ear infection and they kept pressuring me about flu shots, covid vaccine, and other medical problems i have but can't afford to deal with right now for a place for the public it's not very kind your better off going somewhere else.
