Caldwell Dental: Thomas B. Campagna, DMD, MAGD

Excellent staff very caring. They care for people who are afraid of Of dentistry very highly recommended thank you so much

Have gone there for 4 years with no problem. TERRIBLE after all of their changes. Will never set foot in this practice again. All they want to do is sell you something. You feel like you just went car shopping when you leave. Don't get sucked in.

If i could leave zero stars I would. Complete scammers. If you are expecting the old ways then dont even bother. Went in for my regular cleaning, 2 hours later of xrays, lab work, gum tests, and gum disease diagnosis they said they didn’t have time to fit my cleaning & that I would need to come back for a deep cleaning, mind you I went in for a cleaning!!!!!! The dentist saw me for .02 seconds. And told me they were booked to schedule my next cleaning when that’s what my appointment was for!!!!!!! My husband went in few months later to go for his cleaning, and SAME EXACT thing happened to him. I’m so disappointed this place has completed changed since it’s sold.

For those of you who are patients of Caldwelll Dental or are thinking about them, please beware. They have begun a deceptive practice of getting you in for a regular cleaning and instead giving you several X-rays, photos, gum tests, etc. and then telling you you need further invasive gum work to prevent bone loss. This is all done under the pretense of having a cleaning. It happened to my husband awhile back and they tried it with me today. It's one thing to let you know what you're in for prior to your appointment and totally another to get you in there, in the chair and start all these new and different procedures. The practice has been sold. Not sure to who, but whoever it is is scamming their patients. Today I received a letter from them stating that they didn't think we were a good fit any longer. I'm not sure if it's bc I complained openly about their shady practices or if it's a way for them to blackmail patients into agreeing to their overpriced, unneeded procedures. Either way, I had already found another dentist. There is no way my husband nor myself will ever set foot in their offices again.

Wonderful doctor and great staff as well. I went in for a broken tooth and possible root canal and we both decided to try and save my tooth. He didnt try to get as much money out of me as other dentists which tells me that he really cares about his patients. I cant tell yall enough how great he really was for me today and his employees were so sweet. Highly recommend to anyone and will be a long term customer with them.

Do Not Come to this establishment!!! They are scammers. 1 price is given and then another bill come in the mail. There's more honest dentists around the premium basin that are far more legit.

Wonderful friendly staff
