I had a great experience at this dental office. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and attentive, making the visit comfortable from start to finish. Yiyi at the front desk was especially kind, helpful, and welcoming — she truly made a difference. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent care and outstanding customer service.

I’ve been getting my cleanings done with Dr. Sayrelys Vazquez Falcon, and she’s awesome, very welcoming and always attentive. My gums tend to be very sensitive, so today’s procedure was a little uncomfortable, but she made me feel like I was in good hands. She was gentle throughout the process and made sure I received the best possible care for my dental health 😀 I definitely recommend this clinic.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received last week when I called to schedule an implant procedure. Naturally, I had questions about the procedure, payments, and needed to reschedule my periodontal cleaning to ensure it was done before surgery. I also tried to schedule a cleaning appointment for my husband. Unfortunately, I was met with the worst customer service I have ever experienced in over 20 years as a patient of this office. The person I spoke with, Kianni Gonzalez, the office manager, was rude, dismissive, and rushed to hang up on me. And when I requested a signed implant quote, she sent it without my name or any courtesy . Her attitude made it clear she did not want to answer my questions or treat me with the respect every patient deserves. I was shocked that a reputable dental group would hire someone so unprofessional and incapable of handling patient concerns. My husband and I have been loyal clients of this office for two decades, and until now, we have always been treated with professionalism and care. That said, I want to acknowledge the excellent work of Zayra, who performs the cleanings, and the surgeon who will be handling my implant. Both are professional, kind, and a credit to the practice. The rest of the staff has always been outstanding as well. My concern is solely with the office manager, whose behavior undermines the high standards this clinic has upheld for years. I sincerely hope that Sage Dental addresses this issue, because patients deserve the same level of professionalism and respect we have come to expect and recommend to our family, friends, and community.

From the receptionist to the assistant Mary, the hygienist Sayre, and the doctor, the entire team goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and confident that your dental health needs will be taken care of.
