I had my wisdom teeth taken out on Friday at Dental Specialty of Kendall, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every single person there was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, and they made me feel comfortable and cared for from start to finish. The entire team took amazing care of me and truly went above and beyond. Jacky was especially amazing, she was so sweet, reassuring, and made the whole experience much less stressful. You can really tell that everyone there cares deeply about their patients. I’m so grateful evrything and highly recommend them to anyone.

Although this practice has excellent facilities and the personnel is professional and courteous, their scheduling of appointments needs attention. I took my husband for an evaluation today and were there 3 hrs. which is unreal. It seems that if a patient goes for an evaluation, they're ready to do the surgery right away, which pushes back on all the remaining appointments for that surgeon. I know because they asked if my husband wanted to do the extraction today and I said, no, because he needs a referral from his PCP and he needs to be prescribed antibiotics, due to his health condition. Overall, I had the feeling their priority is the money. And, if you pay the fee on a credit card, they add a 3% service charge.

Had a great experience today! The customer service was top-notch, and I felt well taken care of from the front office staff all the way to Dr. Ihsan. He knew I was nervous and took the time to explain each procedure while constantly checking in on me. I’ve never been a big fan of the dentist—at least until I found this office. Highly recommend!

The waiting time was acceptable. The staff was knowledgeable, and kind. The specialist was exceptional; he answered questioned that I had assumptions about and made me fell very confident in his ability to perform the work I needed. I would definitely use this service again. On my final visit the level of service did not change. Dr. Anguila and his assistant are exceptional people and workers. I am well pleased.

Went in to get my wisdom teeth removed. I called before my first appointment for instructions on what to do before my appointment. I was told there was nothing I needed to do, so I ate breakfast before the appointment. They couldn't do the operation because I was given the wrong information. The second appointment was such a smooth and positive in house process, though!! I even made it home with minimal swelling or discomfort. I would definitely recommend Dr. Grider and his team. The team got me in and out quickly, I had a sheet of instructions and an ice pack provided by the office, and my prescription was ready when I got to Walgreens.

Dr. Alexandre Ribeiro and his team are the best professionals I ever met. I had one tooth extracted and an implant procedure performed in 60 minutes with absolutely no discomfort whatsoever.

Everyone at the office is so kind, caring and patient. They took great care of me and did great work. Every time I go I leave with less pain. I truly appreciate the doctors and staff 💜
