Excellent staff and great team working together to make sure my children had the best experience and felt comfortable. The Dentist communicated effectively and they work fast to get you in and out. As long as you have well behaved kids you shouldn’t have any problems..

The star does not reflect front desk administration nor the 2 hygienist that helped me. My daughter has had her insurance since 2023 unfortunately I was only able to use it this year 2025. Today was the first time I was able to use the insurance and today was my first appointment, and first time ever using this company. Everything started of fine. Appointment started on time, and my concerns were acknowledged. Now came time to wait on the doctor, as soon as Dr Tiffany Shaphparast came through the door immediately she made it known not only to me but also to the neighboring clients; that my daughter does not brush her teeth and listing how many cavities she has---her whole dental issue could have been addressed to me in a lower tone rather than chair 2 and 3 knowing anything about it.(who made snickering remarks as well). Its a glass room so there was no hiding any facial expressions. At first I thought it was because the whole office and dental chairs has a open concept but that's not the case because I witnessed another doctor addressed her clients personally and privately without anyone including myself needing to hear despite me being right next to them. If my insurance is only in network with this dental company I do not want to deal with that doctor. If there is a problem with my daughter please address me and not the whole room. This is my first experience, first ever appointment and it was an embarrassing first for me with this company. I HATE IT

The worst dentist office i have even been to. Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment i was the 3rd one in line and was there for 2 hours . Seeing pass the people that came before me. They lack communication among each other. And with the public. Won't be coming back ever again.

I love to bring my kids here! Such a neat, clean and kid friendly dental office. Everything is easy, electronic, and the best part is very little wait time. Im in and out in like 45 mins. Love it here

The best ever!! Been searching for a pediatric dentist for years and glad I came here for a second opinion!!!!! First they was able to schedule her an appointment for the next day, upon arriving the wait time is less than 10 minutes compared to others, the office is clean and the staff is nice. The dr explained to us very clear on what’s going and was able to do half of the procedure the same day!! Hope they stick around cause this will definitely be a permanent location for us. Overall 10/10

5yr old with autism. That doesn't like touching on her face. I went to 2 different places and they could not get X-rays or service her. They said she needed sedation. At this place they were able to get 2 X-rays of the top and bottom. And do a cleaning. This place was great , dental tech was patient when I told her she was autistic and so was the dentist.

Excellent service , the attention the every person give you WOW , was my first time and they are very friendly, very kind with my son taking care of him on the procedure , explained me everything very clear to make sure that my son get recovered quickly,
