The staff were all very friendly and did an exceptional job! My teeth are squeaky clean!! And I really appreciated when Dr. Pena took photos of my tooth to help explain why I was experiencing sensitivity on one of my back molars. I left feeling well cared for! 10/10 recommend (:

I want to be very clear. My issue was NOT the price. I fully understand that dental work, including a root canal, can be expensive. My problem was the rude and dismissive attitude I received when I asked normal questions about the cost. The two women at the front desk were perfectly fine. They were polite, respectful, and welcoming. The issue was the woman who handles the financial side of things, the person who explains what insurance covers, what it does not cover, and what the out of pocket cost will be. She might be the treatment coordinator or financial coordinator. I believe her name was Natalia. When I asked what my insurance covered and why the total was so high, her attitude was completely unprofessional. Simple questions were met with rude, irritated responses like "it’s a root canal…." and a tone that made it seem like I was wrong for wanting to understand my own bill. If I asked, "So what is my insurance covering?" she replied with attitude instead of giving a clear explanation. I was not upset about the price. I was upset about the way she spoke to me. Patients have a right to ask questions without being talked down to, dismissed, or made to feel like an inconvenience. She was extremely rude, and she is lucky she caught me on a calm day because the way she handled the conversation was out of line. Everyone else at the office seemed great, but this one interaction completely ruined the experience.

Kind, caring & professional dentists & staff make your visits as easy as possible. If you must reschedule, they work with you to make the best new appt. Errors or mistakes are rare, but they are corrected promptly. I most highly recommend Miami Beach Dental Center.

Check in was flawless, Doctora Peña and her staff were very nice and clear about my check up. I did cleaning as well and the person who did it was very careful and with lots of attention to detail. He explained step by step. Overall it was a great experience! love to go with dra. peña and her staff!

I went today for the dental checkup and Dr Esposito was very nuce and professional. He explained that I needed a root canal and he was extremely caring and asking me if I was fine throughout the procedure. Stephanie was also very nice and made sure I was comfortable or needed something else. I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience as a new patient.

Miami Beach Dental Center, is a home away from home, warm & welcomed experience. I love jazz music an low & behold it was playing while getting the best dental care from Dr. Ariel Exposito. A very nice an professional dentist along with his crew. I've been a patient for quite awhile an the care that I have received, continues to always bring me back. I am 💯% pleased with the overall dental work that has been done. Thank you so much 😊
