I cannot express enough how thankful I am for the exceptional care I received from Dr. Perkins and her entire staff. As someone with extreme dental anxiety, I was terrified about getting my first cavity in my life filled. From the moment I walked into the office, every single person on the team went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and understood. Dr. Perkins was incredibly mindful of my fears, listening intently and thinking outside the box to create an environment where I could feel at ease. She was so understanding and patient, walking me through each step and making sure I was okay before proceeding. Her hands truly are magical and swift—I barely noticed the procedure happening, and I watch everything, but before I knew it, everything was done. What truly stood out was how the entire staff worked together seamlessly to ensure my comfort. They checked in on me constantly, reassuring me every step of the way. It’s clear that Dr. Perkins is at the top of her field but is also committed to upholding excellence in her entire team. I’ve never felt so well cared for in a dental office. My favorite part of all was their convenient texting service, which goes straight to the office. I don't know why other doctor offices aren't doing this. It wasn't a messaging tab from any app, it was a straight forward ease to pick up my phone and text! The immediate responses I received made it simple to ask questions and address any concerns without delay, this team is definitely leading in front on patient service and further enhancing the overall experience. Again, I am beyond grateful for the outstanding treatment I have received from day one. This is one of the best dentist in town! Very professional, knowledgeable and caring staff. They are down to earth and easy to talk to about all your care. Once Dr. Perkins started her own practice, I followed her from my previous dentist. Her skills and concern for patients was worth the switch!! Dr. Perkins and the entire staff are thorough, kind and gentle. I took my three daughters there today and also had my own teeth cleaned, and it was a wonderful experience. Kayla did a great job with my family. Everyone felt comfortable and welcomed. I would highly recommend The Dental Suite.
