My overall experience was great.Dr.youssif was great at explaining my procedure I was having done. Very patient and understanding. They have a great plan for financial assistance if needed.i heard him say. Let's not have money be the reason why we can't help her.when I heard that it brought so much relief to my soul l,because I was afraid of not being able to take care of what I needed today and I have insurance. Came here for the first time last week for a routine checkup and my experience was great! Hayden helped get me checked in for the appointment seamlessly. I didn'thave my insurance card physically but he was able to make it work with a picture. Oanh helped get me prepped taking some quick xrays and also did a fantastic job with polishing at the end! And Dr Daison talked through everything he was seeing and doingduring the appointment as well as taking time at the end to answer any questions I had. Overall a great experience

The best Dental Group! All staff welcomed me from the moment I walked in. Ana is the best, she is patient in explaining the process with me prior to my appointment and answered all my questions. Ms. Ana has helped me understand my treatment plan. Dr. Yossif, he’s very knowledgeable and dental assistant Carlos helped make me feel at ease during my procedure. I would highly recommend to check them out, all the staff and doctor’s are amazing! This is a hidden gem in Mesquite. I would highly recommend to visit this Dental Office, everyone here has made my overall experience great!

We had a wonderful experience at Mesquite Dental Group and Orthodontics for my son’s very first dental visit. As a parent of a seven-year-old, I was a little nervous, but the dental hygienist was absolutely amazing—so patient, kind, and great at explaining everything in a way that made my son feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Youssif was attentive, gentle, and took the time to check in with my son and answer our questions, which made a huge difference. The entire visit felt welcoming and positive, and my son left feeling proud and happy instead of scared. Highly recommend this office for families and kids—such a great first dental experience!

AWESOME ON TOP OF AWESOMENESS!!!! I called this place due to my previous new dentist dropping the ball big time and wasting my time. I was so upset and the voice on the other end was very empathetic and personable to the point it calmed me immediately! Got in there and was very nervous and anxious BUT once again the staff and doctor calmed me and got me in ASAP to do the work that I needed. Mind you Ivy trash dental had seen me twice and scheduled a third before any work was done🤬 I can honestly say I appreciate Mesquite Dental and I think I found my new home🫶🏿. Thank you guys so much for being there for me!!!!!

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist office! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Maria took the time to explain payment options and got me the best rate possible! Dr. Shen was great as well! I’m happy I was able to find them and become a new patient! Thanks team for all your help! 😊

i would recommend this dental office to anyone! i have dental trauma and anxiety and the staff made sure i was comfortable and made sure to explain everything they were doing. Haden especially was awesome! We have referred two people here just for his amazing customer service as well as him being extremely knowledgeable in all the questions we asked.
