Dr. Janice T. Liao, DDS

I have severe trauma from being strapped down at the dentist as a kid. Dr. Janice, her husband and team is the only dentistry I completely. Dr. Janice is so sincere and empathetic with her patients. I have witnessed this not just with my own experience but by seeing her interact with other patients. She takes very good care of all her patients and many trust bringing in their loved ones; like their elderly parents or children. Their work ethic is phenomenal. The cost is surprisingly VERY reasonable considering inflation and just general dentistry work. I recommend my family and friends to Dr. Janice. It’s incredibly rare to find a practitioner who loves what they do and loves their patients. She only wants the best for you and your health. I wish you the best and look forward to seeing you through my dental journey. Thank you so much Dr Janice, I appreciate you and I am so glad I found you again after you moved your office. You are the BEST!

This is the best dentist I have ever taken my kids to. I typically go to one dentist then change every time because of various reasons that just don’t give a good experience. Dr. Liao is the best. She never scolds my children or me as many dentists feel they can. She empowers my kids by telling them what will happen (without lying to them) and then allows them to be boss of whether she proceeds. She is patient and genuinely cares for her patient’s well being beyond just the dental work.

There is one lady here that is extremely racist rude and incompetent. On top of that I scheduled an appointment here 3 weeks ago and now magically they said they can't see me because they don't take my Insurance a day before my appointment. I called both my insurances and they told me this was not correct that indeed this place does take both of my Insurances. Don't waste your time going here talking with that Asian she's the worst and dosent know how to properly communicate politely. I've been all over in my time serving my country and I've never met anyone as rude as here. Please do yourself a favor and find a more humane dental office.

I scheduled an appointment for my daughter about a month and a half ago. They call me the day before her appointment and tell me that she is NOT covered by AHCCCS. She most definitely is. I had to cancel the appointment and find a new dentist for her checkup. Don't waste your time with these CCP sympathizers. Find an American doctor to take your kids to.

This is the best cleaning I’ve ever had. From the front desk to the Dentist the staff is so kind. What is important to know is this is the only office I’ve been to where the dentist does your cleaning for you. I see Dr Cheung and he makes my teeth sparkle with no pain and no dread. Berniece at the front desk is so professional, friendly and efficient. Dr Liao is just as nice as she can be. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

I can't say enough good regarding this dental office. They came highly recommended by a valley endodontist and I see why. The staff is friendly and professional. The work is meticulous. Dr Cheung & Dr Liao are welcoming and warm. I totally trust their judgement, integrity, and Dr Cheung always sees me right away. Being a Mesa native, I am grateful to have found them and the honesty they display.

I am one of the biggest babies when it comes to going to the dentist. Dr. Liao is the only one that I would ever let near my mouth. She is kind, patient, and extremely gentle. She is never allowed to retire...ever!!
