I had an awesome experience at the Dental Connection. The front office staff was very professional and the atmosphere was very friendly. The dental assistants and Dr. Turnipseed made me feel comfortable from the start of my dental procedure until the end. I highly recommend The Dental Connection to all of my family and friends.

Terrible dentist. I was there for four hours on my 3rd visit, during which I endured a cleaning, several novacaine shots, and drilling on my cavities, which she did not fill. Turns out the reason why I had so many novacaine shots, and why they did not work, is because I had a very obviously abscessed wisdom tooth and needed emergency surgery. I found this out 2 weeks later from my new dentist within minutes of seeing his dental hygienist. My new dentist was horrified and said he had no idea how I wasn’t screaming. 100 percent do not recommend Dr. Turnipseed.

My experience at this dental office was the worst ever and I would really encourage you not to go for any cosmetic reasons. Two years ago I chipped my front tooth. I was able to see Dr. Turnipseed the next day and she suggested, as the only option, that I get a veneer to replace it. Getting a veneer meant they would shave my entire tooth so this was something very permanent. I was at fault here because I did not go to another Dr. for a second opinion as I was anxious to my chipped tooth fixed ASAP! She put the veneer on and it was ridiculously noticeable and a different shade than my other front tooth. So, she fixed my other one as well. *PLEASE READ*- a couple of weeks later my veneer came off while I was flossing my teeth! (this is not suppose to happen). Frantically, I go to get them fixed and a few months after that, THEY FELL OUT AGAIN! I asked to get a refund and she refused although it was obviously her fault. I had to waste thousands of dollars! I went to another dentist in Nashville where I moved and after two years, my teeth are still in! The dentist recommended I get a crown that would be the perfect fit based on my XRays and the condition of my teeth. Please reconsider entrusting Dr. Turnipseed.

The staff @The Dental Connection is courteous but incompetent. I feel that they need more training in customer service. It’s not courteous to have a patient wait for 2 hour so see the Dr. My experience with The Dental Connection was not a pleasant one.

Enjoyed the customer service! The dental work was great from Dr. Turnipseed. I wouldn't recommend any other dentist that work in the facility.

Love them. Been coming for years with NO problem.. Only thing I didn’t like abt my last visit was.... they charged for a service that was outside of my dental coverage without notifying me.
