With all due respect, don't go to this place. They wanted to charge $1600 for a cavity filling; they are shameless, and I think they were trying to rip me off!

Dr Spell did a great job on my implant. The tooth fit perfect and blends in seemlessly with my other teeth. Great job!!

This is the worst place I've ever known my sister went here a few months ago and they didn't do anything but submitted to her insurance that she got dentures in which she DIDN'T and they got paid now she's going through hoops trying to get it reimbursed to her insurance DO NOT GO HERE 😡😡 they definitely get 0/0 if I could do 0 stars BBB WILL BE CALLED AND FRAUDULENT CHARGES WILL BE FILED AGAINST THIS COMPANY... DO NOT GO HERE 😡😡😡

0/0 do not recommend. Went in last Saturday for a filling. Got there and they told me they couldn't do it ,after telling me they could do it the same day over the phone. They took x-rays and gave me an appointment for today Tuesday March 18th. Get there and they asked about my insurance which they had already took my information the Saturday I went in. Strange. I get to the back and another dentist told me he don't do fillings and I would have to come back the day the I guess owner or main dentist comes in. Why would y'all take all of my info AND make me an appointment for the service I asked for to be told the dentist that does the service only comes in every other Saturday. Huh? Then I called the Mt Mariah location. And spoke to Ms. Jo and got the SAME RUN around. They were loud and mad because they messed me over. I reached out to my insurance company and made a BBB complaint. Because I took off of work to get a service done. Side note: the young lady at the Whitehaven site was very sweet. I filed a complaint against Whitehaven Smile AND what they are answering the phone saying which is Heart Smile. Please do not visit neither of these locations. Bad business period.

First off, they sent in charges before I received services to the finance co. I was billed $1500 for services I did NOT receive. But they got the money, which I disputed. The worst customer service ever. Bogus, fraudulent charges. Make sure you do not sign up for any of their financial aid, its a rip off. After the dispute I only got credit for part of the charges I would not recommend this business, non-professional, unsanitary office. Very cheap products that you're overcharged for. They will destroy your records to cover up their lies. I first started going in 2016. No record on file . How do you not have a record on file for a bridge, and when I went back in 2017 because a crown from the bridge came unglued. They sent in old records to falsify charges for an impression. FRAUD. I did not get an impression in 2017 but I have been charged for one sent to the finance co. Also, so called office manager is unprofessional at the highest level. Overall rating =0

I've only been in here about 20 mintues. I Made Sure I was the first to sign in. Still I wasn't called to the back first. And this woman behind the counter isn't friendly at all. She placed a clip board on the counter. 5 mintues later she said "fill out your paperwork".. I didn't know it was mine lady! Then I asked her afterwards if I am suppose to keep the Policy Rights paper. She just looked at me and said "no. It goes in your file" what happened to "no ma'am" or "thank you" or please or may you. I will see if I could transfer to another dentist if her attitude doesn't improve by the time I leave

I love going to Dr. Spell, him and his staffs are very kind, and I will tell everyone about Dr. Spell
