Perfect Dental - Manchester

I previously gave a review about 6 years ago for five stars which I am now updating because it hasn't been the same since Dr Mohan was there. They have ridiculous policies for attendance such as if you miss more than one appointment they will no longer do advanced scheduling for you. They will make you schedule same day appointments, even if you are throwing up and that's the reason you missed the appointment, which essentially makes it impossible for you to still be a patient since you can't plan time off to go to an appointment. They can cancel your appointment anytime they want, even 3 hours before the appointment after they made you confirm the appointment about a half a dozen times in a 3 week time frame. There has been several times where I've been waiting for over an hour in the waiting room before I have been seen and also several times where I've been waiting in the chair for a good 45 minutes before anyone comes in. There is one dental assistant who is the absolute best but overall, I do not recommend this practice.

I had a great experience at Perfect Dental office. The staff is incredibly nice, and the receptionist was very friendly and explained everything clearly. The medical team was smiling, professional, and extremely pleasant to work with. What impressed me the most is that they took me in for my exam exactly at 8:00 AM, right on schedule with my appointment. Truly excellent service — highly recommended!

A very close friend of mine, an international student without dental insurance, recently had a really disappointing experience at this clinic that honestly felt like a scam. They paid $125 out of pocket for an initial appointment, mainly to get help and a referral for a throat/tonsil issue. Their appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, but after checking in, they had to wait more than 30 minutes just to be seen, which was already frustrating given how expensive the visit was. What made the situation worse is that after paying this amount, they politely asked if they could at least receive a basic dental examination or consultation to make the most of the visit. Instead, they were told to first see a primary care doctor for the throat issue and then come back and book another appointment. This made no sense, especially since they had already paid for that visit and received almost no real service. For someone paying entirely out of pocket, the value provided was extremely poor. The clinic was not transparent about what the initial visit actually included, and the overall experience felt unhelpful and dismissive. It’s really disappointing to see places treat students and uninsured patients this way. Hopefully, the clinic improves its transparency, scheduling efficiency, and overall patient experience so others don’t go through the same situation.

No sales tactics or pushy personnel, extremely professional and directly to the point. I compared it to bringing your old car in for inspection, it really doesn't need what they are trying to sell you it only really needs what is absolutely necessary. It's covered by Medicaid otherwise very affordable. The staff is young and fun and friendly. Only wish I had found them sooner. Fast and quick appointments also. I've never been to a better dentist practice and have every intention of receiving future care from this practice. I was at the end of my rope with Delta and Amoskeag with the overselling and bullying and scare tactics, especially being not covered by dental insurance thru an employer at this time. Perfect Dental is the place to go. Easy to get to at Queen City and Second Street.

I had a tooth extracted today and it went very smooth I even asked if it was finished it went so fast. Everything was explained to me for when I went home. I would recommend perfect Smile everyone

I had my dental appointment today at 10 a.m. and honestly, it was fantastic. My dentist and the team were amazing — super professional and made me feel totally at ease. I have to shout out the extra fun touch: since it’s Halloween season, the dentist’s assistant was dressed as the Green Care Bear (with the four-leaf clover!) and the doctor was the Yellow Care Bear(I think I have a bad memory 😅). It honestly made the whole visit that much more cheerful and memorable. I might have forgotten their names in the moment, but I’ll never forget how comfortable and fun they made the experience. Huge thanks and definitely a 5-star visit!
