DR wu dentist was very bad also, they’re still wearing mask. They wear three mask over the face. I can’t hear what they’re saying., they’ve been going downhill I’ve been getting temps to get my cleaning done Which is ridiculous cause I’ve had the same person for two years in a row and now they gave me a new19 -year-old girl that never worked on nobody and then I came in last week another tempt The service can be a little better the woman Diane she can be a little too much so also, they tried billing me for my insurance when I had insurance and that was a lot to deal with

If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further! Dr.Wu and her office are fantastic! I always dreaded the shot before getting any work done, but Dr.Wu takes her time, makes sure you have a local anesthetic, and I honestly don't ever feel the shot. This was not a one time thing, she consistently delivers! The quality of her dental work is definitely well above average. She cares about her work, her patients, and her brand as a dentist. This is all very evident in office visits. If you are looking for more than just quality of the dental work, the office staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I moved here from out of state recently and after a phone call inquiry and my first visit (almost a year ago now) I have felt like they have been my family dentists forever. It was also very important to me to find someone that is accepting of all patients regardless of race, age, gender, orientation, religion, etc. Dr. Wu and her office staff make my husband and I feel at home every visit. I highly recommend Dr.Wu for all your dental needs!!

Dr. Wu and her staff are friendly and so helpful! They treat their patients with lots of care and make you feel very important be it for a regular appointment or for a an appointment for special care with your teeth. I used to dread going to the dentist before switching my dental needs to Dr. Wu and her office in 2012! I come all the way from Quincy just to get my teeth in good shape because it's worth it. Five stars because they rock and I absolutely would recommend them to anyone!

I have been coming to Dr. Wu's office for the past 6 years and I have enjoyed both her and her staff. The staff here are very friendly and will do their best to ensure you are most comfortable at all times. They really try to get to know you as more than just patient. Dr. Wu herself is very kind and always open to answering any questions you have. If you're in search of a new dentist in the area I highly reccomend!!

This office has the friendliest and best service. Dr. Patricia Wu and her staff are absolute professionals and treat all of their patients with great attention and care. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and I always leave with a big shiny smile. I have absolute trust in Dr. Wu and her wonderful dental assistants, and I've been a happy patient here for 15+ years.

It has been a great experience having Dr. Wu has my dentist. Not only has she been great but all her staff is exceptional! Everyone is friendly and willing to make every visit as easy as possible! I would recommend her to everyone of all ages!

I have no clue about My dental insurance. The office manager was very nice and patient explained to me. although I know it's My responsibility to call insurance company to get explanation.Their dental assistant was nice too! My mouth is small .She did her best ,Not to hurt me! Dr.Wu is a genuine,caring doctor,My gum and teeth are much better now! I love this dental office and strongly recommend to anyone!
