Customer Reviews
Dental Center has a rating of 3.8 out of 5 based on over 60 reviews on Google
One thing I hate is bad customer service. When I booked the apt, told them the issues I was having. Asked them was I going to be seen for both the issue and the cleaning at the visit. Was told yes. Due to my dental benefit exhausting, I asked them how much the services would be for what I was having done, the cleaning and the issue. She told me she would call back. The apt is tonight, they just called to ask me what services am I having done?? How are you calling me to ask me what I'm having done?? and to tell me how much benefit I have left. I told them whomever I booked the appt with was suppose to call me back with that info yet you calling me the day of the appt?? One thing I know working in the medical field myself, whoever touches my acct, it can be seen. She wants to tell me she don't know who I spoke to.....I spoke to whoever made the appt. Customer service starts long before I walk in the door, and one thing I don't pay for is stupidness and incompetence. This right here is the quickness way to loose my business and never get a referral
This is my 2nd time there and going to be more. The staff and Doctor are so nice and friendly. They treat all the people that come through the door like family. They talk to you during the visit while getting treated like a friend or family member by the time you think now I'm ready you're done. They talk you through everything no jitters or anxiety there. Hands down one of the best places I've visited. I highly recommend this place. I'm beyond satisfied.
I urge you to seek treatment elsewhere as Dr. Dominic will fight you EVERY SINGLE STEP OF THE WAY even for the bare minimum of patient comfort. Genuinely embarrassing, and I feel like this place should be investigated. You should not advertise sedation dentistry on your website as an option if you refuse to actually give it to your patients because "we can't". That is literal false advertising. I have a severe dental fear. I made an appointment for a cleaning because they specifically had laughing gas advertised on their website. Well, guess what? After confirming with them on the phone beforehand this would be an option and going through the cleaning, they surprise me with "we don't do that here except for specific treatments :)" Why. Did. Your. Staff. say they did???? Why do you have it listed as an option on your website with zero mention of that small catch? They watched me literally cry in their office from my deep fear and sat there and kept insisting they couldn't. They straight up tricked me to get me into their office. They also referred me to a different place saying "oh, they do laughing gas" only for it to be for nothing as the place they referred me to doesn't have it as an option whatsoever. They did not give a damn. Well, fast forward to the other night. They called because of my initial posting of my review and apologized. I took the review down, thinking I had been a bit hostile and asked about possibly getting an anti-anxiety pill before the appointment to get through it like most dentists are GLAD to give. Nope. Can't do it. They insisted that could only be done through a PCP which is absolutely untrue. I contacted my PCP and she had no idea what the hell they were talking about. They do not want to help you with your fears. Telling someone to "not be scared" is honestly an insult and shows me this practice has zero understanding of how dental anxiety works. They just want your business. They don't care beyond that. If you're so unwilling to offer the BARE MINIMUM for patient comfort then I cannot imagine what other issues would pop up with them. I will not be taking down my review unless they can actually help me like their website falsely states they can.
I came here for an emergency extraction & they wasted no time taking me in. The front desk staff & dentist were amazing and super friendly. The dentist saw I was in serious pain & went above & beyond to get the tooth out. He was so awesome, funny & good at what he does. After my tooth was pulled, I went home & about a week or so later, i noticed the gum wouldn't heal. Pieces of tooth/bone fragment began to poke through the gum. Long story short, here we are 4+ months later & I'm still having severe pain from tooth &/or bone fragment coming through my gum. My gum begins to heal just to be torn back open from bone/tooth fragment. It's been months of total hell & when i think back, the doctor on duty that day was extremely busy & when he pulled my tooth, he left the room & the Asian women who assisted him didn't spend one millisecond suctioning, rinsing &/or cleaning the hole in my gum (left behind by the extraction). I remember she was in such a rush to get me out, when I asked for the tooth, she told me no at first... until I insisted. I have the tooth & when I look at it, there are pieces missing. In the past I've had one other tooth pulled & i realize tiny bits of fragment can be quite common but 4 months of 20+ pieces of fragment of all different shapes and sizes, constantly ripping through my gums, is pure negligence on her part. Right now my gum is as raw as the day my tooth was pulled 4+ months ago & I can see & feel big pieces of bone fragment still in there. My gums are desperately trying to heal but can't. I've been dealing with the discomfort hoping each piece of fragment to fall out will be the last... but no doubt this has gone on long enough. I'm afraid I'm at the point now where I'm going to have to have what's left in there professionally removed. No fault of the dentist here but no doubt one of the worst experiences of my life that I blame on the assistant. The rest of the staff are awesome & I highly recommend this place.
Amazing experience! I had to get a sealant replaced on one of my molars, and I was VERY nervous about it (first time getting Novacaine shot, first time getting anything drilled) and they could NOT have been kinder or more professional! They were very understanding, thorough, patient, and quick. I was in at 5:20 pm and out by 5:36, painless procedure, pleasant experience all around. Already booked my 6 month cleaning!
They are great people who treat you like a human from the minute you walk through the door. The work that they do is above and beyond what any other dentist do. Myself and my family have been going to them since they took over, and I always refer them without hesitation!!
They have a great staff and the most handsome professional dentist! When I need urgent care they will take you right away. The front desk staff will always greet and say goodbye with a smile. Very clean. Tv in every room. I love this place!
