Great Day Dental East

Had a lovely experience here. The dental hygienist patiently answered every question I had (I did not feel like I was just being moved through as quickly as possible), I was greeted by an adorable dachshund named Lucy, and Dr. Kiecker was very friendly and agreed to take a wait and see approach that I was comfortable with rather than pushing any procedures on me. I loved it and am so happy to have a trustworthy dentist now!

I had a problem with a crown that caused a great deal of discomfort. I called the office and they made an appointment to get me right in. The whole staff provided me with excellent care. My problem was resolved and I feel so much better! They went out of their way to find the cause of my pain. Dr. Kieker and her staff were WONDERFUL. I'd recommend them anytime. Family Friendly! The staff is absolutely delightful! From the front desk to the dental chair you are made to feel welcome. Lucy the office dog is so sweet. I had all 3 of my kids age range 6-15 scheduled at the same time and have never had as smooth of an experience as today. Highly recommend Great Day Dental

I purchased a sleep apnea mouthpiece from Great Day Dental East and after a few months of use I can say the product is working as advertised and I'm very pleased the product is a successful alternative to CPAP. My contact for this endeavor is Lawrence, his product knowledge, professionalism and attentiveness to my questions is excellent, top-notch customer service.

Great location and such a welcoming space. I've loved all of the dental hygienists I've had as well as the dentists! They were extremely accommodating of my fathers wheelchair when he used to come for appointments as well! So great to see staff that are going the extra mile!

Today was my MAD fitting & adjustment appointment. Lawrence made many small adjustments to get the MAD to be comfortable (I do know I will have an adjustment period). He was thorough in explanations, and I feel well prepared for starting to use the MAD tonight. I'm very glad that I chose Great Day Dental for my MAD. 12/2/25. This was my initial consultation appointment for a mandibular advancement device (MAD). Lawrence gave me plenty of time, was very clear in all of his explanations, answered all of my questions, helped me make a choice of device most appropriate for my mouth, and made me feel confident about proceeding with Great Day Dental for my MAD.
