First Choice Dental

I was told that I could possibly need a root canal which required an evaluation which is not covered by my insurance. I paid out of pocket for the evaluation and it turns out this was covered by my insurance. Now I have been attepting to get the money I paid out of pocket refunded. This has been on going since mid August and here we are mid November and nothing. All I get told is "i will email someone about this and let you know what they say". Still haven't heard from anyone. This shouldn't be this difficult to talk to someone who can fix this!

I can not say enough amazing things about this office. I used to be absolutely terrified of going to the dentist. I haven't been to any other dental office in the area but right off the bat everyone was so kind and upbeat. They have a sort of discount plan which is AMAZING, especially for someone who does not have dental insurance. The staff was very accomidating, thorough, and professional. I felt that everyone was very knowledgeable and efficient; I wasn't stuck waiting for my appointment, they got me in right on time. So, I think the thing that amazed me the most was the fact that the chairs have massagers in them! WHAT?!? I have terrible anxiety so that little bit of tactile stimulation calmed me immensely. This was, by far, the least stressful and most enjoyable dental experience I've ever had.

Great dentist! I'm never worried about going to the dentist now. Their office staff are extremely helpful with my insurance too. Highly recommend them!
