First Choice Dental- Madison Campus

Over the past couple of years, I’ve visited a few different First Choice Dental locations, but my recent cleanings have been at this Regent Street location—and this is now my go-to spot. The main reason I keep coming back is because of Wendy, the office manager. She’s an absolute rock star when it comes to customer service. I used to go to the Middleton location, but when I needed to reschedule, the staff there (and even at Verona) weren’t willing to check availability across other offices. When I called Regent Street, Wendy went above and beyond. Not only did she check her location’s schedule, but she offered to look into openings at other First Choice offices to make sure both my wife and I could get in for cleanings. That kind of effort really stood out. Since then, I’ve had great experiences here. The dental hygienist Will is friendly and professional, and Dr. White is attentive when reviewing my teeth and X-rays. Parking is also easy—there’s a small lot, but I’ve never had trouble finding a spot. If you’re looking for quality dental care with staff who truly go the extra mile, I highly recommend the Regent Street location of First Choice Dental.

Chipped a tooth on a Friday evening, called multiple dentist, and they all told me I would have to wait till Monday to get it looked at and then make a appointment to get it repaired, I texted the Wendy at first choice dental and she called me and told me to come on right in, I was blown away also in shock she could fix it that same day. Dr Schulenburg went above and beyond to make me feel like I left out with a perfect smile, she took her time and made sure I was happy with it. I highly recommend this place. It’s rare finding places like these. The team there is amazing

The team members here are really wonderful! I went in uncertain due to it being my first visit, but left feeling more informed, and at ease than I ever have after a dental appointment! Really nice team. Even immediately arranged a 6-month follow-up.

All the folks at First Choice Dental are kind, respectful and diligent. I used to go to dental cleanings with a lot of anxiety, but since finding First Choice I worry a lot less! The receptionist is extremely kind and personable, and made the checkin process a breeze. The hygienists are very thorough, and chat in depth about what they see on your x-rays and what to be mindful of in the future. No mysteries, no advertising gadgets you don’t need, no pain, no judgement! It’s clear that the folks at First Choice Dental care genuinely about your oral health. GO HERE!

I’m disappointed in the aesthetics of the examining room where my Dental cleaning took place. Walls are marked up with scuff marks and dirty with chipped paint. You can do , and I expect, better for the amount of dollars paid for services. Get that looking better … Also the surcharge for using a credit card for payment is something new to me and unexpected. Staff is pleasant and efficient , I always appreciate that. Thank you.

I just had my first experience with first choice Dental on the Madison campus. Everything went well, and I was Very pleased by all the attention I received and the very thorough cleaning that covered all the details. Thank you for making the dentist a great experience. The location was easy to get to and the parking was great and free. I look forward to a long relationship with first choice Dental.👍😁 Thanks, Jennifer.

Will and Tatum were so kind and made me feel so comfortable. My dentist Dr. Shulenburg was wonderful too, thank you so much! If you have dentist anxiety go here!
