Dental Care of Huntsville

On January 19, 2026, I went to the Dentist for a routine teeth cleaning. I can't say enough about how much I absolutely love going to Dental Care of Huntsville. From the time I step in the doors, I'm greeted with warm smiles. The entire staff is awesome. Once upon a time I use to dread going to the dentist, now I enjoy going and I love seeing the friendly faces at Dental Care. I cant name everybody but I will name my favorite Dentist, Dr. Kristian Coke, she's amazing and caring. Kim, the hygiene is awesome. I highly recommend Dental Care of Huntsville for dental treatments. I know that God sent this place to my Facebook news feed because I was upset with my dentist a couple years ago. It was hard for me to find a good dentist after moving back to Huntsville . Again, I highly recommend Dental Care of Huntsville ❤️

I was informed that my insurance would not cover a specific procedure and that I would need to pay out of pocket. However, I later discovered that the office had still billed my insurance—and that my insurance had in fact paid for the service. I was told that once the payment reflected on their end, I would receive a refund. It has now been nine months, and I have yet to receive any follow‑up or reimbursement. This experience has been extremely disappointing. If you value transparency and proper handling of your payments, I would recommend considering another dental provider.

Due to potential HIPAA restrictions, the practice stated in other reviews, they could not confirm whether I had been a patient. However, I certainly can, and I received treatment there in November 2024 for a root canal. Posting this nearly a year following my complications and about 6 months after talking with their office staff (should have posted sooner) Unfortunately, the experience was extremely difficult and prolonged. The procedure took several hours and required an excessive number of injections, including injections directly into the tooth/root. While the procedure was eventually completed, it was followed a few weeks later by the placement of a crown that appeared poorly fitted. When I raised concerns about the fit at the time, they were dismissed. Approximately 4 or 5 months following treatment, the tooth began to become painful again, and the crown became severely loose over the following months. When I contacted the office and explained the situation to multiple staff members, I was informed that the practice no longer performs root canals, the dentist who performed the procedure had been terminated, and that there was nothing they could—or would—do regarding follow-up treatment. After persistent efforts, I was able to get the office manager to agree to issue a partial refund. However, despite that conversation occurring more than six months ago, I still have not received the refund and do not expect to - and they did not refund the amount charged towards insurance to the insurance company, so my benefits were not restored so I could seek treatment elsewhere. No effort was made to assist with corrective care, such as arranging or covering treatment with another specialist to address the failed root canal and crown. The overall impression was that the practice was professional and accommodating only until complications arose, at which point responsibility was shifted to the patient rather than standing behind the quality of their work. In short, I believe healthcare providers should take accountability for the care they deliver and make a reasonable effort to correct issues when treatment is unsuccessful. In this case, that did not happen. While they offered to reinstall the crown after outside endodontic treatment, I would not return—even if the work were free—and would prefer to seek care elsewhere.

Had to find a dentist within my plan and one with great reviews. Well this is the place. Felt welcome entering and left feeling cared for. The staff and dental assistant were warm, calming and helpful with getting me to a point to have my tooth pulled. Thank you for putting me at ease and working with me to get it done. I know follow up appoint will be just as wonderful. Have already recommended friends looking for a dental home.

I am very pleased with my visit. It's been awhile, so I was nervous. I have MS and that made it a little more stressful on me. Kara or Cara (I apologize for the misspelling/getting it wrong) was very kind and made me feel comfortable. She told me what I had going on in terms I could understand. I will be going back again. I'm looking forward to having a beautiful smile.♡ Side Note: Boka Toothpaste is worth it. Helps with small on the surface cavities. Something I asked about while I was there and she kindly answered my question, Thank you.♡

My experience was great at Dental Care Of Huntsville. My hygienist Ms. Kim was very thorough. She took the time to make sure my oral health what is great. I got a top-notch cleaning and I would recommend her and Dental Care Of Huntsville to anyone searching for a good dentist.
