My kids and I come to Mixon Family Dentistry, and when I say everyone here is nice and patient, I truly mean that! From the moment we walk in, we’re always greeted with warm smiles and positive energy. The staff is so kind and understanding, especially with my kids, which makes every visit smooth and stress-free. The dentists take their time explaining everything and make sure we’re comfortable throughout the entire appointment. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and their experience. The office is clean, welcoming, and very family-friendly. I’m so grateful we found this place. I highly recommend Mixon Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team!

Great service ! Excellent patient care ! Extremely thorough with cleanings, treatments, etc. The issue I have is with billing / payments; when using credit cards the payments are not ran or posted right away, leaving your credit card information in visible view. I didn’t feel comfortable when I walked in and saw my credit card information laying around on the desk where other patients can see my information, card number as they were exiting. I much rancher have payment ran instantly.

If you start a new copay program, you should let patients know before there scheduled appointment. I was not prepared for a 50$ copay, (which is higher than any specialist I have seen) I payed it. You explained that insurance doesn't quite cover the services rendered. I understand. With that being said, I don't want a credit to my account for any overages on my part. I expect an overage check payed to me. I need my money just as much as your business yours. Hopefully this will help someone else prepare for a copay that has never been required by your practice and not be blindsided at the desk, the day of appointment, which is bullshit.

Very clean. Very gentle with me as requested due to being sore from braces. Dr. Mixon was absolutely amazing and the ladies who took my x-rays and cleaned my teeth were awesome and so sweet. Made me very comfortable like I’ve been going there for years.

My visit to Dr. Mixon's office was a 100% satisfaction rate. My teeth were done much more carefully than my childhood dentist to be honest. But that might just be me. The staff was nice as well. Overall, my experience was awesome. Absolutely awesome. I was told about a cavity that I didn't know about. They took a picture of it and showed me what it looked like. Setting up an appointment to fix it was pretty simple as well.

Staff was great got overwhelmed for a moment and the staff was comforting and helpful… the doctor was amazing he make you feel like he cares for your well being and is truly a gem I’m excited to see the outcome

I was very pleased with my experience received at Mixon Family dentistry. It was an experience I like I've never received. I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist to include my nurse Brooke and then my meet/consultant with Doctor Mixon. Glad I/choose him and his staff as our primary.
