Dental Care Center

The staff at this dental office were absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient, which made my first cleaning here in Macon such a comfortable experience. The front desk team was welcoming and organized, my dental hygienist Tiffany was wonderful—gentle, reassuring, and thorough—and Dr. Hall was truly amazing. The entire visit felt calm and well-run, which I really appreciated. Thank you all for making my visit such a positive one. I’ll definitely be back in six months!

I went to the dentist in October of 2025, not sure of the exact date. I was told it would be 6 weeks to receive what was left on my dental benefits for the year on both insurances. I have called 4 times including today. I was transferred to Jane, you took my name and number, she told me she had several other patients chart on her desk , not sure why she told me this, not my concern. The professionalism for this company is a joke, no follow up. I have wasted about 10 weeks awaiting for the staff to do their jobs. The benefits starts over at the beginning of the year, wasted money and time. I do not recommend this dentist office. The dentist & dentist hygienist was phenomenal, but getting anything handled inside the office is not worth the trouble.

The people here were amazing. Erica always pleasant and kind, Ms. Miller went above and beyond with last minute saves, Dr. Crossley very kind and caring, Misty who held my hand (so sweet) Dr. O’Brien who helped me (saved me) with some needed aftercare and even Alan at the front. All made the most pleasant team of people who took the best care of me! Thank you

Had my wisdom teeth removed here. There were busy so I understand the wait. But when it was time to get them removed, they hooked me up to an Iv. I sat in the room for awhile until three guys came in and one of them injected something into the iv and started it. They almost immediately started pulling my teeth. I could still feel it and the discomfort so I was saying no and trying to get them to stop so I could ask if we could just wait 10 minutes to something to give the meds a little time. They completely ignored. Two men held me down while the Dr removed my teeth. I literally left crying. Nobody should be put thru that and there was a much better way of going about this situation that they did. I feel violated and disgusting.

I went here last yr. October, I had the pleasure of seeing Mrs Jill Burnsed she was so nice and helpful from start to finish. She explained every procedure she had to do and very helpful, she's such a nice dental hygienist .

I just had dental surgery 5 teeth. Did not feel anything. Feel great now. They were all very kind and courteous and knew their jobs. I will never goe anywhere else. A Godsend, thanks to all of you, saved my life. So grateful and thankful. Thank you so much

The dental hygiene care that I received was not satisfactory. I was willing to give this dental place a chance but it’s the same poor quality of dental hygiene care that was given to my son. Worse, they did a certain kind of xray without checking with our insurance whether it was covered; so I ended up paying for it. If they checked we would not have incurred the cost. The xray test would have been covered by October 2025; they did it April 2025. Please find another dental office.
