Dr. Dental: Dentistry & Braces

I had an amazing experience. Having a decent amount of teeth removed to have dentures. The process was painless to say the least. Through this process I was extremely comfortable.Didn't feel anything through the whole procedure. The dentist made sure i was comfortable when leaving an that i understood the aftercare process. I had a wonderful experience. Only good things to say about the amazing work and professionalism. highly recommend!!!

My first visit and the staff are very friendly and helpful, the assistant is very kind and caring. When my new dentist looked over my x-rays she gave me a plan that took me by surprise in terms of providing the utmost care and professionalism in my dental work for which I’m very happy and looking forward for my upcoming visits. I always get exceptional service at Dr Dental. My dentist takes the time doing a thorough cleaning without cutting corners. He only gives me the services I need,, & is very honest each & every time.The entire staff are very friendly also. The equipment is modernized and very sanitary

My first visit was great - the dr and tech was very accommodating when there was a mistake with what kind of appt it was online. However the second visit was an absolute nightmare. We went in there thinking it was a deep cleaning as we were told by the Dr and that it was pending insurance approval and that they would follow up. They never did - the appointment was scheduled still so you would assumed it got approved. We’re at the appt and I was upset but I understand mistakes happen. My main problem is the lack of accountability and the attitudes of the techs and how poorly we were treated at this visit. A tech calls us in because it’s our time to see the Dr. Then a different tech with an attitude comes up to me and asks if I have an appt? I’m clearly translating for my mom while she’s getting her x rays done sitting in the dentist chair. Does it look like I got past the secretary and I’m here wasting time? The dr tells us we need to wait for insurance approval - if the insurance didn’t approve it then why would you schedule an appt to tell us the same thing from last time. So he tells us to talk to the secretary and to wait. another tech had to switch to take another x ray. I get it it’s busy - fine - She finally comes and is manhandling my mom because she’s in a rush. We were told we’re all set to leave and she put her fingers in my face "okay? Okay?" And I was trying to ask her how can we avoid this mishap and she said to talk to the manager and rolls her eyes on me. Lady I was not yelling I am trying to avoid having to come here and being told the same thing and only to wait a whole hour of nonsense. I spoke with the front desk and she was a nice girl and she asked how our appt was and I told her I was upset that there was a miscommunication about the follow up and I’m just asking how we can avoid it. I told her I’m not upset with her because she is the messenger but if we could get some kind of proof that they actually reached out to our insurance. Then the other tech comes and stands there next to the girl and is grilling me as if she’s in the mafia. This place is awful and unprofessional. If you have questions and concerns basically they tell you it’s your fault. I understand the attitude if I was screaming and causing a scene prying but I think me being upset in this situation is valid. Retrain your staff - if you hate your job then don’t come to work.

I went in today with some jaw pain from grinding my teeth. And the doctor assessed my teeth and offered a reasonable treatment plan. Got some bad news that I have to get a root canal. Now with someone with severe anxiety this dentist really knows how to make you feel safe and secure! Will update after the root canal! Update: I was genuinely canceling my root canal because I was so anxious about it. But let me tell you my dentist knew what he was doing. Knew exactly how to calm me down and made the procedure painless. I trust that man with my life. Update: the healing process was a walk in the park. I didn’t need any pain management or anything. And was eating normally almost a couple hours later. I recommended him to my brother because he also has anxiety with dentists and we both think this was a good find.

my review,people are kind, but the last time I went today I was a little uncomfortable, I have insurance and it doesn't cover everything, I went for a consultation and well I went in and they told me they were going to do the procedure on me and I was okay and well they didn't tell me about prices or anything and right away they anesthetized me and proceeded, when I left they said to me didn't they tell you the price? and I was like I didn't think the insurance covered it because, they only anesthetized me and that's it and they told me no it's $420 and I was like just because of that, and the receptionist says I'm so sorry I don't know what happened and I but why didn't you ask me before and he was like I'm so sorry. Well, that inconvenience really bothered me and I wanted to make an appointment for the cleaning but I didn't make it, it's not normal for them to do a process on you without telling you first.

I was very happy with my service Melissa took the time to listen to my needs! She was very professional and kind and so helpful! I hate going to the dentist in general but she made my appointment an awesome experience! To top that off she is also great with kids! My son is 7 years old and is no longer afraid of going to get his teeth cleaned!
