SMILEY DENTAL LOWELL

After neglecting my dental health and focusing on managing my anxiety, I managed to schedule a same-day appointment to kick off the new year. In just 45-50 minutes, I was able to address all my concerns and leave feeling satisfied. The dental team was incredibly efficient, kind, and thorough in their care. (They accept mass health insurance, which was a bonus.)

Every experience here has been a good one. Reception staff are wonderful and friendly. They always answer any questions I have and provide estimates when needed. The doctors and dental assistants that I’ve encountered have always been really nice and always explain what they are doing. 10/10 recommend!

So I make an appointment for my son 3 days in advance for a 3 o'clock. Day arrives; I Uber to this facility to find it completely abandoned. Did they move to another location? Did ICE raid the workplace? Everything still inside; just completely dark and doors shut. I called the number and no one picks up. Seems like an automated phone system as the number immediately text me back saying sorry we missed your call. Buy I left a message. 3 weeks later have yet to hear back from them on what may have happened. Never got a call before the appointment on why the place was closed or anything for them to reschedule. It was zero degrees outside. I'm stuck with no car and wasted money getting there. Horrendously unprofessional. I hope they go out of business ✌️

Dr. Sinha, Muy and Jury were so very kind, gentle and empathetic with my daughter and I during our visit. I’m so grateful I chose Smiley Dental in Lowell for our provider. I think they are the best dentist in Lowell that takes MassHealth! Thank you again for being so amazing ❤️ We actually look forward to our next appointment!

Genuinely fear getting dental work done beyond a cleaning. Had a tooth pulled a couple days ago and they made the whole process easy and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I have a severe irrational fear of dentists. Went yesterday and entire staff ESPECIALLY the ladies at the front desk helped ease my mind and talk me through things. Have many more appointments coming to follow, highly recommend.
