Dr. Dental

I've gone to the old Dr Dental on bridge st where they repeatedly gave me treatments and sealants without ever telling me or explaining. Every sealant I received fell out within the day, and I was never told why or what they were doing. Then they never referred me to this Dr Dental when they were closing I just kept getting told to call back. This Dr Dental on Church st is admittedly better than the Bridge st one but I also wouldnt recommend. One time they took my xrays and missed several of my teeth and almost had my molars removed thinking they were wisdom teeth. I had to point out to them that they were infact my molars not wisdom teeth. After maybe 8 years of never growing molars not one Dr Dental staff ever noticed or informed me that my molars were late and impacted. I didn't know until my wisdom teeth were removed and then my molars had trouble growing in and even though I went to many check-ups expressing my concerns I was told I couldn't do anything but wait and my molars got many cavities. Then they did the fillings on my molars very poorly and I have continued having tooth pain since. I haven't made an appointment because I plan to go to a new office. If you just need cleanings, you'll be fine I guess but if you have any concerns about cavities or impacted teeth I would tell you do not go here ever. Ruined my teeth.

I had gone to Dr. Dental to address an extremely painful case of abscess teeth and bleeding gum. I was seen by Dr. Adhikari who was very considerate and attentive to my situation. She referred me to a specialist and prescribed medication to alleviate the pain in the meantime. The medication has considerably minimized the pain. I was not satisfied with the service I received. One of the services you provide is root canal therapy..when I looked it up it says can be provided by a general dentist or a endodontist... This is the reason why I went.. when I called to make the appointment I explained everything to her...I would think that she would of said something but didn't.. upon examining dr Patel stated that she could not do the procedure and I would have to see an endodontist..... so why do you have root canal therapy as an offered service if you cant perform the procedure. If you have limited service then it should state so. Misleading. When you're on masshealth there is no endodontist in the surrounding area that accepts masshealth...all the referrals are for tufts dental harvard and boston university because they know Endodontist dont accept masshealth in the surrounding area...... dental dreams and perfect dental is the same way when I called .yet they offer root canal as a provided service... root canals that can only be performed on front teeth as i was told..does not specify that and it should. ..

They made me feel ok and not embarrassed about the state of my teeth. Dr Patel gave me a comprehensive assessment and advised me of the options I had. She was very gentle and very professional.

Great teamwork! Appointment was on time and cleaning was done with quick expertise. Highly recommend this practice!
