Dr Duong and the staff are great! They work well together and are patient with me as they understand I suffer from anxiety. Dr Duong always explains the cost before she begins, which I appreciate as I don’t like surprises. Great place for dental care and they do everything! Bright Smiles is truly a one stop shop

I feel that the she did a great job, she was very caring and her gentle hands made me feel very comfortable and I really feel she is a blessing in your office, I never had a great experience while I had many dentist cleaning but most of them where rough and I never enjoyed my cleaning til now. May God bless her and keep her gentle touch always I will pray for more people like her. Because People like me shouldn't dread to go to the dentist more often.

I got referral from a friend to here to see Kim. And i absolutely love her works! Thats why i drive an hour from Worcester just to see her! I only request to see her. Today after i was done my cleaning with her, the receptionist girl told me "oh you have to pay $30 for no-show on your last appt!". I confronted her that when she called me to confirm the appt, i did requested to move it to a different day, which is today! Why did you note it as a no-show? She replied "its the first time, my dr can waive it for u". Listen, i do not need you or your dr to waive that $30 for me! I wasnt at fault! I DID REQUESTED TO RESCHEDULE IT!! BTW IM SURE YOU WERE THE ONE WHO HELPED ME TO RESCHEDULED MY APPT, I DO RECOGNIZE YOUR VOICE! Dont blame me when not my fault. Wont be back! 😒

I’m new here, and the dentist and her assistant were the sweetest! Spoke me through every step of replacing my filling, and helped me out with polishing down a minor chip on my tooth. I’ll never be nervous walking into this dental office .

This is the best dental office by far. And I’ve had a few+! They really care about you and your health in a subtle but a positive loving way.👁️❤️THEM!!
