I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental, especially thanks to Valerie, the dental hygienist. She is truly exceptional, professional, gentle, thorough, and incredibly kind. Valerie made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and her positive attitude made the whole visit so much better. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond, Valerie is the one. A++ service all around! I am usually very nervous about going to the dentist, but my visit to Aspen Dental in Loveland truly put me at ease. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and got me checked in quickly, which helped calm my nerves right away. Grace did a great job with my X‑rays, giving me plenty of time to regroup between each one since I have a small mouth and a strong gag reflex. She kept me calm, talked me through everything in real time, and made the whole process so much more comfortable. Val, the hygienist, and Dr. Abney were also wonderful. They were gentle, reassuring, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I was genuinely blown away by the entire team and how well they worked together to make me feel cared for. I will definitely be going back to see them again and highly recommend Aspen Dental in Loveland to anyone who is anxious about dental visits.

I spoke with Kelsey S. and she was very sweet and very helpful she answered all my questions that I had and made me feel very comfortable and Dr. Abney was great I really appreciated how honest this dentist was about my treatment. They clearly explained what needed to be done now and which treatments could safely wait, without any pressure. It made me feel comfortable and confident in their care. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a trustworthy dentist.

Bernice was extremely compassionate and kind, and never made me feel uncomfortable at any point. Dr. Abney is quick, gentle, and very thorough — I felt completely confident in their care, the entire team made me feel comfortable and never embarrassed throughout the whole process. Dr. Abney has always been kind and gentle with me, explaining what was wrong and helping me decide what to do next. When I started, I couldn't go to the dentist without being medicated and having someone with me.
