Overall the dentist staff seemed very professional I suffered a little pain as I came in with pain while one of the two nurse practitioners were working on me taking x-rays she was really rough with putting the thing in my mouth to take the picture against and I was in a lot of pain at that moment and wasn't sedated yet or had me numbing agents by this time. It was like she came in to show the trainee how to x-ray teeth and I thought the trainee was doing just fine without the rough example even happening. The trainee, Lupita, was very kind, careful and professional, with impeccable bedside manner. The dentist was knowledgeable and compassionate throughout the procedures carried out, and offered solutions to the other issues I would be facing in the near future without proper care in time. Overall my experience was really four star but I gave it a three because of the roughness of the x-rays

Friendly, cost effective dental services. My wife and I both had our teeth cleaned. The annual family care package offered for $285 allowed a $30 copay each for the initial exam, X-rays and cleaning; the total charge being $345. The cleanings for both of us without the care plan would have been $324. Now we can have cleanings every six months for $30 each and the peace of mind that any required additional work will be at reduced prices. We are retirees on Medicare, which doesn’t provide dental coverage . We’re very happy with Comfort Dental’s services and the payment program.

Great customer service. The woman at the front desk are friendly and helpful. I also had insurance question that was answered promptly . Great knowledge of insurance. My tech was friendly and patient. Dr. Aaron is the best ever. I highly recommend using their services.

dr. aaron less than compassionate about dental anxiety. horrible chair experience;much anxiety/pain.felt like he'd butchered my gums. one tooth he said had severe infection. he was supposed to prescribe few days antibiotics prior for that type extraction. he didn't. next day I'm in hospital w/hypoxemia and a blood oxygen level of 77 w/purple hands lips,nails and pneumonia. i cannot safely recommend this dentist.

My first experience at this office was great! It was a nice clean place, and the staff members are so friendly! I got scheduled for oral surgery, and stupidly, I was feeling better from the antibiotics so I chickened out for the surgery part. (Yes I know… stupid.) Anyways, I have just had my SECOND experience there 4 months later because I am in even worse pain the second time. Everyone was great, and especially Dr. Aaron, understanding of the fact that I am petrified of having work done. So thank you so much to them, and can’t wait to go back after my oral surgery is completed! Definitely recommend!

Dr Aaron is extremely compassionate, kind, and great at his job! The hygenists are always lovely, polite and caring too. I have a lot of health issues; they always communicate well and take the time to make sure I'm okay. This place is great and the people care about helping

Avoid Comfort Dental: Bad Service. Poor Communication. I was asked to take my grandson in for a cleaning. I explained that x-rays had already been taken by another dentist, and would be provided. Insurance will not pay for more. I asked that they do a cleaning only, and asked my daughter to get the x-rays. They did not do the cleaning. They took x-rays and did not discuss it with me. If they had come to me and told me they were going to take x-rays, we would have left. We will not go back. I only gave them one star so that I could publish this review. They are in it for your money, not customer service.
